The maximum amount that will be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after the completion of the rollover is a maximum of x2 the initial bonus amount granted. Winnings obtained in excess of this amount will be canceled upon completion of the rollover.
After the completion of the rollover, the funds from the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.
In the exceptional case where the bonus is not automatically transferred to the bonus balance, it is necessary to contact us at the e-mail address [email protected] or via Live Chat before using the deposited amount, partially or fully. Otherwise, the bonus cannot be granted again.
If the bonus balance reaches 0.10 lei, in this case the bonus will be canceled.
Funds from the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus turnover is completed. If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus turnover conditions are met, the funds from the bonus balance will be canceled.
If another bonus is activated, the active one will be cancelled, and only the value of the newly accepted one will be found in the bonus balance.
If the bonus has been cancelled or expired, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
Using the bonus to facilitate the fulfillment of the wagering requirements will lead to the cancellation of the bonus and the winnings obtained from it.
