  • Art. 1. Campaign Organizer
  • 1.1 The organizer of the FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L. Campaign, a commercial company based in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Registry Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under number J40/14188/2015 as of 18.11.2015, VAT ID 35246629, License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.
  • 1.2 The campaign takes place in accordance with this Regulation. Participants in the promotional campaign must be familiar with and comply with the clauses of this Regulation.
  • Art.2 Location of the Campaign
  • 2.1 The campaign takes place exclusively on the Organizer's website Favbet.ro.
  • Art. 3. Campaign Duration
  • 3.1 The period of the Campaign is from 07.02.2024 (09:00) until 31.12.2025 (23:59).
  • Art. 4. Campaign Mechanism
  • 4.1 The campaign is addressed to all players who open an account on the FavBet.ro website after the date of 07.02.2024 and have made their first deposit.
  • 4.2 The "Welcome Package" contains "Bonus 100% up to 5000 lei Casino or Sport"; "250 lei Risk Free Bet" and "Up to 725 Free Spins";
  • 4.3 In order to benefit from this campaign, a first deposit of at least 50 Lei is required, and the deposit must be made within a maximum of 10 (ten) days after registering on the platform.
  • Art. 5 Terms and Conditions for Participation in "Bonus 100% up to 5000 Lei Casino"
  • 5.1 To complete the wagering requirement for this type of bonus, the real balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
  • 5.2 If the available funds in the real balance do not fully cover the stake intended for a bet, the difference will be taken from the bonus balance. For example, if the total bet is 100 Lei and there are only 80 Lei in the real balance, the remaining 20 Lei will be deducted from the bonus balance. As such, the 100 Lei bet will be split into two parts. The same rule applies to any resulting winnings.
  • 5.3 To convert the bonus balance into the real balance, a wagering requirement of (D) x30 for the deposited amount and (B) x30 for the bonus amount must be fulfilled. The wagering must be completed exclusively in the Casino section within a maximum of 10 days from activation. Otherwise, any winnings generated from the bonus will be voided.
  • 5.4 Both the real and bonus balances can be used to complete the wagering requirement.
  • 5.5 The maximum stake considered for the wagering requirement is 50 Lei. Any stake above this amount will not be taken into account. For example, if the placed bet is 200 Lei, only a maximum of 50 Lei will contribute to the wagering calculation.
  • 5.6 Only placed and validated bets will count toward the wagering requirement. Unsettled or incomplete bets will not count.
  • 5.7 Bets placed in the following sections will not count towards the progress bar: "Sports", "Live", "Lotto", "Live Casino", "Virtual Sports", all games from providers Playson and Skywind, and certain other Casino games, as listed in the complete list available HERE.
  • 5.8 In exceptional cases where the bonus is not automatically credited to the bonus balance, you must contact us at [email protected] or via Live Chat before using the deposited amount, in full or in part. Otherwise, the bonus cannot be reissued.
  • 5.9 The maximum amount that can be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after completing the wagering is 2x the deposited amount. Any winnings above this cap will be voided upon completion of the wagering or upon a withdrawal request.
  • 5.10 Once the last bonus bet is settled and the progress bar is full, the bonus funds will be transferred to the real balance.
  • 5.11 If the wagering is not completed and both the real and bonus balances are depleted, any subsequent deposit will not affect the potential bonus winnings, which will remain at 0.00 Lei.
  • 5.12 If the bonus balance reaches 0.10 Lei, the bonus will be canceled.
  • 5.13 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are fully met. If a withdrawal is requested before completing the wagering, the bonus funds will be voided.
  • 5.14 If another PWB-type bonus is activated, the bonus balance associated with the first PWB will be canceled, and only the value of the newly accepted PWB bonus will remain in the bonus balance.
  • 5.15 If the bonus is canceled or expires, both the bonus value and any winnings derived from it will be voided.
  • 5.16 The PWB-type bonus must be used exclusively in the section for which it was granted. Improper use of the bonus in other sections to fulfill wagering conditions will result in the cancellation of the bonus and all related winnings.
  • 5.17 While participating in campaigns/tournaments on the Organizer's platform, using a PWB-type bonus will not contribute to point accumulation.
  • Art. 6 Terms and Conditions for Participation in "Bonus 100% up to 5000 Lei Sport&Live"
  • 6.1 To complete the wagering requirement for this type of bonus, the real balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
  • 6.2 If the available funds in the real balance do not fully cover the stake intended for a bet, the difference will be taken from the bonus balance. For example, for a total bet of 100 Lei, if there are only 80 Lei in the real balance, the remaining 20 Lei will be taken from the bonus balance. Thus, the 100 Lei bet will be split into two parts. The same rule applies to any resulting winnings.
  • 6.3 To convert the bonus balance into the real balance, the wagering requirement is (D) x10 for the deposited amount and (B) x10 for the bonus. The wagering must be completed exclusively in the Sport & Live section within 10 days from activation. Otherwise, any winnings generated from using the bonus will be canceled.
  • 6.4 Both the real and bonus balances can be used to complete the wagering requirement.
  • 6.5 Only validated Single and/or Combo (Multiple) bets will be considered for the wagering requirement, regardless of their outcome.
  • 6.6 Each selected event must have minimum odds of 1.60.
  • 6.7 Only bets placed and validated before the wagering deadline will be considered. Bets placed or validated after this deadline, as well as incomplete or unsettled bets, will not count.
  • 6.8 Bets that, for various reasons, have odds of 1.00, bets using the Cash Out option, No Risk Bets obtained through other promotions/campaigns, antepost bets, and System Bets will not be considered.
  • 6.9 Bets placed in the "Lotto", "Casino", "Live Casino", "Virtual Sports", or “Fast Games” sections will not contribute to the progress bar.
  • 6.10 In the exceptional case where the bonus is not automatically transferred to the bonus balance, you must contact us at [email protected] or via Live Chat before using the deposited amount (in whole or in part). Otherwise, the bonus cannot be reissued.
  • 6.11 The maximum amount that can be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after completing the wagering is 2x the deposited amount. Winnings that exceed this amount will be voided either at the end of the wagering process or upon a withdrawal request.
  • 6.12 Once the last bonus bet is settled and the progress bar is full, the bonus funds will be transferred to the real balance.
  • 6.13 If the wagering requirement is not completed and both the real and bonus balances have been fully used, any subsequent deposits will not affect potential winnings, which will remain at 0.00 Lei.
  • 6.14 If the bonus balance reaches 0.10 Lei, the bonus will be canceled.
  • 6.15 Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering conditions are fully met. If a withdrawal is requested before meeting these requirements, the bonus funds will be canceled.
  • 6.16 If you wish to activate another PWB type bonus, the bonus balance of the initial PWB will be canceled, and only the value of the newly accepted PWB bonus will remain in the bonus balance.
  • 6.17 If the bonus is canceled or expires, both the bonus amount and its associated winnings will be canceled.
  • 6.18 The PWB type bonus must be used exclusively in the section for which it was granted. Misusing it in other sections to meet wagering conditions will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any generated winnings.
  • 6.19 While participating in campaigns/tournaments hosted on the Organizer’s platform, the use of a PWB type bonus will not contribute to point accumulation.
  • Art. 7 Terms and Conditions for "Risk-Free Bet"
  • 7.1 The value of the Risk-Free Bet is a maximum of 250 Lei.
  • 7.2 The ticket can only be placed if the Player has sufficient funds in the account balance to use the Risk-Free Bet, but it cannot be placed with a value greater than 250 Lei.
  • 7.3 The odds of each placed event must be between a minimum of 1.70 and a maximum of 2.50;
  • 7.4 SYSTEM TYPE tickets are not considered.
  • 7.5 After selecting the events and meeting the conditions mentioned above before placing the ticket, check the "Risk-Free Bet" box.
  • 7.6 The winnings generated from this bonus must be rolled over x1.
  • 7.7 In case the ticket is a non-winning one, the placed stake will be refunded.
  • 7.8 The bonus is available only if the deposit and acceptance are made within a maximum of 3 (three) days from registration on the favbet.ro platform.
  • 7.9 The bonus must be used within a maximum of 7 (seven) days from issuance. Otherwise, it will expire.
  • 7.10 The acceptance and use of each bonus are done individually; other bonuses available in the account can be pending or paused.
  • Art. 8 Terms and Conditions for "725 Free Spins"
  • 8.1 Free spins will be awarded on one or more games.
  • 8.2 The value of a Free Spin ranges from 0.20 Lei to 1.00 Lei, depending on the game to which the free spins were awarded.

  • This regulation has been drafted in Romanian and translated into an international language. Regarding the interpretation of this regulation, the Romanian version shall prevail.
