Art. 1 Organizer of the Campaign

1.1 The organizer is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under number J2015014188408, CUI 35246629, and License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.

1.2 The local tournament campaign is conducted in accordance with this Regulation. Participants in the local tournament must be aware of and comply with the provisions of this Regulation.

Art. 2 Location of the Campaign

2.1 The campaign takes place exclusively on the organizer's platform, Favbet.ro.

Art. 3 Campaign Duration

3.1 The campaign period runs from 02.10.2026, 14:00 until 19.10.2026, 23:59.

Art. 4 Campaign Mechanism

4.1 The promotion is open exclusively to players who have an active account on the Organizer’s platform and have installed, or install, the “Favbet.ro” mobile app on a device compatible with the app.

4.2 The campaign consists of the opportunity to access and use 100 Free Spins available in the “Favbet.ro” mobile app, downloaded from the App Store or Google Play.

Art. 5 Description and Awarding of Bonuses

5.1 The Free Spins bonus called “100 rotiri | exclusiv în aplicație” is available exclusively in the app, in the OFFERS section.

5.2 The minimum deposit required to activate the bonus is 25 lei.

5.3 The bonus can be activated a maximum of 5 times during the campaign. Thus, a user can activate a total of up to 500 Free Spins.

5.4 If a player is unable to receive the bonus (e.g., due to a suspended gaming account, self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not grant the bonus but will cancel it.

5.5 After claiming it, the bonus will appear in the “My Account” → “Bonuses” section.

Art. 6 Terms and Conditions for Using “Free Spins”

6.1 Free Spins can be activated and used within a maximum of 24 hours from the time they are granted.

6.2 They are valid exclusively for the game for which they were awarded, with a fixed value of 0,20 lei per spin, established at the time of granting and not subject to later modification.

6.3 In order for any winnings to be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance, the x35 turnover must be completed within a maximum of 24 hours from activation. Otherwise, the winnings generated from the use of the bonus will be cancelled.

6.4 When completing the wagering requirement, the real balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.

6.5 The minimum stake considered for wagering is 0.10 lei, and the maximum is 5 lei.

6.6 The maximum amount that can be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after completing the wagering requirements is 1x the initial bonus amount. Any winnings exceeding this limit will be canceled upon completion.

6.7 Bets placed in the "Live Casino", "Quick Games" sections, all games from the Skywind provider, certain games in the Casino section (according to the full list available HERE ), as well as game rounds not completed until the rollover is completed, will not contribute to loading the progress bar.

6.8 After completing the wagering requirement, funds from the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.

6.9 In exceptional cases where the winnings are not automatically transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after completing the wagering requirement, please contact us via email at [email protected] or through Live Chat.

6.10 If the bonus balance reaches 0.10 lei, the bonus will be canceled.

6.11 Funds obtained from using Free Spins cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully completed. If a withdrawal is requested before meeting the wagering condition, the funds will be canceled.

6.12 If another bonus is activated, the active bonus will be canceled, and only the value of the newly accepted bonus will remain in the bonus balance.

6.13 If the bonus has been canceled or expired, the bonus balance will be cleared.

6.14 Using the bonus with the purpose of facilitating the completion of the wagering requirements will lead to the cancellation of both the bonus and any winnings obtained from it.

6.15 In campaigns or tournaments organized on the Organizer’s platform, using any type of bonus will not contribute to the accumulation of points.

Art. 7 Other Clauses

7.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players participating in this campaign by creating ultiple, self-excluded or blocked accounts and proceeding to their closure. If such accounts are identified, the Organizer will cancel the accumulated points and the awarding of the bonus without prior notice.

7.2 Employees of Favbet Online, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses and first-degree relatives are not allowed to participate in this campaign.

7.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the campaign for a player, a group of players, or all players, without explanations or prior notice, if it is used in a manner that violates the Organizer’s Rules.

7.4 The campaign complies with the Regulations and Terms and Conditions of Favbet.

7.5 The campaign can be combined with other campaigns available on the Organizer’s platform, provided the bonus usage from participation complies with the rules.

7.6 The campaign is limited to one use per account/address/IP, etc.

Art. 8 Informing Participants

8.1 The Campaign Regulation is available on the Organizer’s platform, Favbet.ro.

8.2 Participation in this campaign implies the mandatory compliance with all provisions of this Regulation.

Art. 9 Final Provisions

9.1 Participation in this campaign represents the player’s full agreement to comply with this Regulation.

9.2 Participation in the campaign is prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age.

9.3 This Regulation may be modified and/or updated during the campaign or at any time without prior notice to the players. Players are responsible for checking the terms and conditions of the campaign.

9.4 If it is found that a player has violated the Regulation, they will be excluded from the campaign.

9.5 The Organizer assumes no liability in the following cases (without limitation): · delay of the campaign and errors occurring during it. · connection errors or other technical issues (desktop, mobile, tablet, and internet) faced by the players. · receipt of incomplete and/or incorrect contact data and/or other information necessary for the campaign.
