1.1 The organizer is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Registry Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under number J40/14188/2015 dated 18.11.2015, VAT number 35246629, License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.

1.2 The campaign is conducted in accordance with this Regulation. Participants in the promotional campaign must be aware of and comply with the clauses of this Regulation.

2.1 The campaign takes place exclusively on the Organizer's Platform Favbet.ro.

3.1 The campaign period is from 03.10.2023 until 23.07.2024 12:00 31.21.2025 23:59..

4.1 The campaign is addressed only to players who have an active account on the Organizer's platform and who have completed the account verification procedure;

4.2 To participate in this campaign, registration is required by pressing the "Participate" button on the promotion page;

4.3 The campaign mechanism consists of accumulating points and occupying a position in the ranking, hereinafter referred to as the "Results" table;

4.4 The "Results" table will indicate, after registration in the campaign, the account number (ID) of each player, the position occupied in the ranking, and the number of accumulated points;

4.5 The accumulated points displayed in the "Results" table, available on the promotion page, will be updated after the ticket validation;

4.6 The "Results" table will be reset after the end of each current stage. The current stage begins every Tuesday at 00:00 and ends every Monday at 23:59.

4.7 The stages will be contested according to the calendar on the official website of the Romanian Championship 1;

4.8 Only bets placed on the current stages of the Romanian Championship 1 will be considered and will contribute to the accumulation of points;

4.9 For every 50 lei bet in the "Sports" and/or "Live" sections, 1 point will be obtained;

4.10 In the event that multiple players achieve the same number of points, the one who achieved the score first will occupy a higher position in the ranking;

4.11 Bonuses will be awarded after the conclusion of each stage of the Romanian Championship 1.

5.1 All players registered in the campaign can accumulate points by respecting the terms and conditions of participation;

5.2 Pre-match, Live, or Mixed tickets are accepted;

5.3 Only tickets validated in the current stage of Single type with a minimum odds of 2.0 and Multiple type containing at least 3 events with a minimum total odds of 3.5 will be considered;

5.4 Only tickets placed in the week of the current stage will be considered;

5.5 Special or Statistics bets, tickets placed in advance of the current stage, game tickets that for various reasons receive odds of 1.00, tickets using the Cash Out option, tickets used as Risk-Free Bets obtained as a result of other promotions/campaigns, System Type tickets, and bets placed in the "Casino", "Live Casino", "Virtual Sports" or "Lotto" sections will not be considered;

5.6 Only bets placed by players enrolled in this campaign, by pressing the "Participate" button on the promotions page, will be considered.

6.1 By participating in this campaign and accumulating points according to the terms and conditions of participation mentioned above, depending on the position occupied in the ranking, bonuses will be awarded in the form of Risk-Free Bets, as follows:

6.2 Bonuses will be awarded within a maximum of 48 hours after the conclusion of each stage;

6.3 If a player is unable to receive the bonus (for example: due to account blocking, self-exclusion, etc.), the organizer will not award the bonus, but will cancel it;

6.4 In order to receive the bonuses, all players must have completed the account verification stage (KYC). If this stage is not completed in its entirety, the Organizer will not award the bonuses, but will cancel them.

7.1 The ticket can only be placed if there are available funds in the game account balance for using the Risk-Free Bet;

7.2 The odds for each event placed must be between a minimum of 1.70 and a maximum of 2.50;

7.3 System tickets are not considered;

7.4 After selecting the events and meeting the above-mentioned conditions, the "Risk-Free Bet" box will be checked before placing the ticket;

7.5 In case the ticket is not winning, the placed stake will be refunded;

7.6 The winnings generated from this bonus must be wagered x1;

7.7 From the moment the bonus is awarded, the player has 5 (five) days to accept the bonus and fulfill the wagering condition;

7.8 Acceptance and use of each bonus are done individually, while other bonuses available in the account can be on hold or paused.

8.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players who participate in this campaign with multiple accounts, self-excluded or blocked;

8.2 Employees of Favbet Online, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses, first-degree relatives, are not allowed to participate in this campaign;

8.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the campaign for a player, a group, or for all players, without prior explanations or notifications, if it is used in a manner contrary to the Organizer's Rules;

8.4 The campaign complies with the Rules and Terms and Conditions of Favbet;

8.5 Players participating in this campaign can also participate in other promotions/campaigns/bonuses available on the Organizer's platform;

8.6 The campaign is limited to a single use for each account/address/IP, etc.

9.1 The Campaign Rules are available on the Favbet.ro Organizer's Platform;

9.2 Participation in this Campaign implies the mandatory compliance with all the provisions of these Rules;

10.4 If it is found that a player has violated the Rules, he/she will be excluded from the Campaign;

10.5 The Organizer assumes no responsibility in the following cases (without limitation):

postponement of the Campaign and errors that occur during it;

connection errors or other technical problems (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, and internet) of the players;

receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact details and/or other information necessary for the Campaign.

10.6 Favbet does not assume responsibility for any delays/postponements of matches held in the internal championship of Romania 1.

This regulation has been drafted in Romanian and translated into an international language. Regarding the interpretation of this regulation, the Romanian version shall prevail.
