Art. 1. Campaign Organizer

1.1 The Organizer is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under number J40/14188/2015 dated 18.11.2015, Tax Identification Number (CUI) 35246629, License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.

1.2 The Campaign is conducted in accordance with these Regulations. Participants in the promotional Campaign must be aware of and comply with the provisions of these Regulations.

Art. 2. Campaign Location

2.1 The Campaign is conducted exclusively on the Organizer’s platform, Favbet.ro.

Art. 3. Campaign Period

3.1 The Campaign period is from 14.07.2025 until 10.08.2025 at 23:59.

Art. 4. Campaign Mechanism

4.1 The Campaign is addressed exclusively to players who hold an active account on the Organizer’s platform and have completed the account verification process.

4.2 To participate in this campaign, registration is required by pressing the “Participate” button available on the promotion page.

4.3 The campaign mechanism consists of accumulating points and securing a place in the leaderboard.

4.4 Points accumulated during this campaign will be displayed in the leaderboard, hereinafter referred to as the “Results” table.

4.5 The “Results” table, available on the promotion page, will show after registration the account number (ID) of each player, their position in the leaderboard, and the number of points accumulated, updating periodically after bet validation.

4.6 Accumulated points are individual points. They cannot be combined with points of other participants nor transferred to other participants.

4.7 In the event that multiple players achieve the same number of points, the player who first achieved that score will occupy the higher position in the leaderboard.

4.8 In case of connection loss or technical issues, all bets (spins) will be considered invalid and will not count toward the leaderboard.

4.9 The campaign runs over a period of 4 (four) weeks and is divided into stages as follows:

4.10 The points accumulated will correspond to each stage in which they were earned. At the end of each stage, the “Results” table will reset and record the scores for the new stage.

4.11 The history of points accumulated in previous stages will remain available for viewing on the promotions page.

4.12 After the conclusion of each stage, the winners will be the participants who ranked at the top of the final leaderboard and who have accumulated at least the minimum number of points required to receive the prize corresponding to their position.

Art. 5. Terms and Conditions of Participation

5.1 For every 50 lei wagered in the “Casino” section with a minimum bet of 2 lei, 1 point will be awarded.

5.2 Only bets placed during the campaign period by players who have registered for the promotion by clicking the “Participate” button on the dedicated page will be taken into account.

5.3 To accumulate points, bets (spins) must be placed exclusively on the participating games for each stage. The full list of participating games is available in Annex 1, attached to these regulations.

5.4 Only stakes placed from the real balance will count toward point accumulation; stakes placed from the bonus balance will not be considered for point accumulation.

Art. 6. Prize Description, Awarding, and Delivery

6.1 Prizes will be awarded to players who ranked in the final leaderboard of each stage, as follows:

6.2 The prize will be awarded only to the winner and cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.

6.3 The term "prize" refers to either a physical item or its monetary equivalent.

6.4 The winner may choose the method of prize delivery, either as the physical item or through a bank transfer. The monetary equivalent of the prize will be paid according to the table below:

6.5 The Organizer may decide to replace the prize with a cash equivalent if, due to reasons beyond its control—such as, but not limited to, the product being out of stock at specialized suppliers—the prize cannot be awarded as originally stated. The cash equivalent will be paid according to the table above.

6.6 In the situations mentioned in sections 6.4 and 6.5, 90% of the total prize value specified in the above table will be paid within 15 working days from the end of the campaign, via bank transfer to the player’s account. The remaining 10% of the prize value represents the tax withheld at source by the Organizer.

6.7 When the prize is a physical item, the 10% tax on its value will be paid by the Organizer.

6.8 The delivery of the physical prize to the winner will be made within a maximum of 30 working days from the date the winner is determined.

6.9 If one or more participants do not accumulate the minimum required number of points, the Organizer will not award the prizes and will cancel them.

6.10 To claim the prize corresponding to their position in the stage leaderboard, the participant must meet the minimum points requirement. Otherwise, the prize will be canceled.

6.11 The Organizer will not award any prize, under any circumstances, even if one or more participants reach the minimum number of points required for a different position in the leaderboard but not for the actual position they hold in the final stage ranking.

6.12 To be eligible to receive the prize, the winner must have completed the account verification process (KYC). If this step is not fully completed, the Organizer will cancel the prize.

6.13 If the Organizer is unable to contact the winner due to restrictions set in the “Notifications” section of their personal account, the winner is required to contact the Organizer at [email protected] within 15 calendar days after the end of the campaign to claim the prize. Otherwise, the prize will be canceled.

6.14 The Organizer will send the awarded prize to the delivery address provided in writing by the winner, with delivery confirmation. If the prize is not claimed and is returned to the sender, the prize will be canceled.

6.15 The winner must claim the prize within 15 calendar days of receiving the email in which the Organizer confirms their position in the final ranking and the awarded prize, by replying to the email. If this deadline is exceeded, the prize will be canceled.

Art. 7. Taxation

7.1 The tax is applied in accordance with Article 110 of Law no. 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code, with its subsequent amendments and additions.

7.2 The obligation to pay the 10% tax, applied to the net income earned from each prize, lies with the Winner and will be withheld at source, as specified in this Regulation.

7.3 The Organizer will cover the tax only in cases where the awarded prize is handed over in the form of a physical item.

7.4 After the tax is withheld, it is the responsibility of the Campaign Organizer to transfer the amount to the state budget.

Art. 8. Description and Awarding of Bonuses

8.1 By participating in this campaign and accumulating points according to the terms and conditions of participation mentioned above, PWB-type bonuses will be awarded based on the final leaderboard position at the end of each stage, as follows:

8.2 Participants who finish in positions 1-3 of each stage may receive an additional bonus if they exceed the minimum number of points required for their position. 20% of the points accumulated above the minimum threshold will be converted into a PWB bonus, up to a maximum of 500 lei.

Example: If a participant finishes Stage 2 in 2nd place (minimum 720 points) and earns a total of 1,000 points, they will receive a PWB bonus worth 56 lei.

8.3 Participants who finish in positions 4-10 of each stage may receive an additional bonus if they exceed the minimum number of points required for their position. 20% of the points accumulated above the minimum threshold will be converted into Free Spins, up to a maximum of 500 Free Spins.

Example: If a participant finishes Stage 5 in 5th place (minimum 300 points) and earns a total of 500 points, they will receive a bonus of 20 Free Spins.

8.4 Bonuses will be awarded within a maximum of 48 hours after the end of each stage to participants who have accumulated the minimum number of points required to receive the bonus corresponding to their position in the final leaderboard of that stage.

8.5 If one or more participants have not accumulated the minimum required points, the Organizer will not award the bonuses and will cancel them.

8.6 If at the end of each stage not all available leaderboard positions are occupied, the Organizer will not award the bonuses and will cancel them.

8.7 If a player cannot receive the bonus (e.g., due to account blocking, self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will cancel the bonus.

8.8 To receive the bonuses, all players must have completed the account verification process (KYC). If this step is not fully completed, the Organizer will not award the bonuses and will cancel them.

8.9 After awarding, the bonus will be available in the section “My Account” → “Bonuses”.

Art. 9 Terms and Conditions for Using the "PWB Casino Bonus"

9.1 To complete the wagering requirements for this type of bonus, the amount in the real balance will be used first, then the amount in the bonus balance.

9.2 If the available funds in the real balance do not fully cover the stake intended to be placed, the difference will be taken from the bonus balance. For example, if a total bet of 100 lei is placed, but only 80 lei are available in the real balance, the remaining 20 lei will be deducted from the bonus balance. Thus, the 100 lei bet will be split into two bets. The same rule applies to winnings.

9.3 The bonus must be accepted within 24 hours of being granted. Otherwise, it will expire.

9.4 To transfer the bonus balance into the real balance, a wagering requirement of 5x the bonus amount must be fulfilled. The wagering must be completed exclusively in the Casino section within 72 hours of activation. Otherwise, winnings generated from the bonus will be canceled.

9.5 Both the real balance and the bonus balance may be used to meet the wagering requirement.

9.6 The maximum stake considered for wagering calculations is 100 lei, any stake above this amount will not be taken into account. For example, if a bet of 200 lei is placed, only 100 lei will contribute to the wagering calculation.

9.7 Only bets that are placed and validated will count towards the wagering; unfinished or incomplete bets will not be considered.

9.8 Bets placed in the sections "Sport," "Live," "Loto," "Live Casino," "Virtual Sports," all games from providers Playson and Skywind, active games, and certain games in the Casino section according to the full list available HERE will not contribute to the wagering progress bar.

9.9 In exceptional cases where the bonus is not automatically transferred to the bonus balance, you must contact us at [email protected] or via Live Chat before using any part or all of the deposited amount. Otherwise, the bonus cannot be granted again.

9.10 The maximum amount that can be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after fulfilling the wagering is equal to 1x the initial bonus amount. Winnings exceeding this amount will be canceled upon wagering completion or withdrawal request.

9.11 Once the last bonus bet is calculated and the progress bar is full, the funds in the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.

9.12 If the wagering is not completed and both the real and bonus balances have been fully used, any subsequent deposits will not affect the potential winnings, which will remain at 0.00 RON.

9.13 If the bonus balance reaches the value of 0.10 RON, the bonus will be canceled.

9.14 Funds in the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fulfilled. If a withdrawal is requested before completing the wagering conditions, the bonus funds will be canceled.

9.15 If another PWB bonus is activated, the bonus balance associated with the first PWB bonus will be canceled, and only the newly accepted PWB bonus value will remain in the bonus balance.

9.16 If the bonus is canceled or expired, both the bonus value and any winnings related to it will be canceled.

9.17 The PWB bonus must be used exclusively in the section(s) for which it was awarded. Misuse of bonus balance funds in other sections to facilitate wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and winnings obtained from it.

9.18 In campaigns/tournaments held on the Organizer’s platform, using a PWB bonus will not contribute to point accumulation.

Art. 10 Terms and Conditions for Using "Free Spins"

10.1 From the moment this bonus is granted, it must be accepted within 24 hours. Otherwise, it will expire.

10.2 Free Spins can only be used if activated by pressing the "Start" button.

10.3 The value of each Free Spin is 1.00 lei. The value is set at the time of granting and cannot be changed.

10.4 Free Spins can only be used on the game for which they were allocated.

10.5 To transfer winnings obtained from using Free Spins from the bonus balance to the real balance, a wagering requirement of 40x must be completed exclusively in the “Casino” section on the games included in the wagering, within a maximum of 72 hours after using the spins. 10.10 Only bets placed and validated will count toward the wagering; unfinished or incomplete bets will not be taken into account.

10.11 The maximum amount that can be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after fulfilling the wagering is 1x the amount won. Winnings exceeding this amount will be canceled upon wagering completion or withdrawal request.

10.12 Once the last bonus bet is calculated and the progress bar is full, funds from the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.

10.13 If the wagering is not completed and both the real and bonus balances have been fully used, any subsequent deposits will not affect the potential winnings, which will remain 0.00 lei.

10.14 If the bonus balance reaches 0.10 lei, the bonus will be canceled.

10.15 Once the wagering is completed, funds will be transferred to the real balance.

10.16 Funds obtained from using Free Spins cannot be withdrawn until the wagering is completed. If a withdrawal is requested before fulfilling the wagering conditions, funds will be canceled.

Art. 11 Other Clauses

11.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players who participate in this campaign by creating multiple accounts, self-excluded or blocked players by closing such accounts. If such accounts are identified, the Organizer will cancel the accumulated points and the awarding of prizes without prior notice.

11.2 Employees of Favbet Online, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses and first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

11.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for an individual player, a group, or all players, without explanations or prior notifications, if it is used in a manner that violates the Organizer’s Rules.

11.4 The Campaign complies with Favbet’s Regulations and Terms and Conditions.

11.5 Players participating in this campaign may also participate in other promotions/campaigns/bonuses available on the Organizer’s platform.

11.6 The Campaign is limited to a single use per account/address/IP, etc.

Art. 12 Informing Participants

Art. 13 Final Provisions

13.1 Participation in this Campaign constitutes the full agreement of the player to comply with these Rules.

13.3 These Rules may be modified and/or updated during the Campaign or at any other time without prior notice to the players. Players are obliged to check the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.

13.4 If it is found that a player has violated the Rules, he/she will be excluded from the Campaign.

13.5 The Organizer assumes no liability in the following cases (without limitation):

postponement of the Campaign and errors occurring during it;
