Article 1. Organizer of the Campaign

1.1 The organizer is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered at the Trade Registry Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under registration number J40/14188/2015 dated 18.11.2015, CUI number 35246629, License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.

1.2 The campaign is carried out in accordance with this Regulation. Participants in the promotional campaign must be aware of and comply with the clauses of this Regulation.

Article 2. Venue of the Campaign

2.1 The campaign takes place exclusively on the Organizer's Platform, Favbet.ro.

Article 3. Duration of the Campaign

3.1 The campaign period runs from July 30, 2025, until August 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

Article 4. Mechanism of Campaign Implementation

4.1 The campaign is exclusively aimed at players who hold an active account on the Organizer's platform and have completed the account verification procedure.

4.2 To participate in this campaign, registration is required by pressing the "Participate" button, available on the promotion page.

4.3 The mechanism of the tournament-type campaign consists of accumulating points and occupying a place in the ranking, hereinafter referred to as the "Results" table.

4.4 The points accumulated in this campaign will be found in the ranking, hereinafter referred to as the "Results" table.

4.5 The "Results" table will indicate, after registration in the campaign, the account number (ID) of each player, the position occupied in the ranking, and the number of accumulated points.

4.6 The points accumulated and displayed in the "Results" table, available on the campaign's dedicated page, will be updated after the bets are validated.

4.7 The accumulated points are individual points. They cannot be combined with the points of other participants and cannot be transferred to other participants.

4.8 In the event that multiple players achieve the same number of points, the one who first obtained the score will occupy a higher position in the ranking.

4.9 At the end of the campaign, 3 prizes will be awarded to the participants who rank in the top 3 positions of the final leaderboard of the second stage, provided they have reached the minimum number of points required for the prize and have earned at least 1 point in the first stage of the campaign. The campaign stages will take place during the following periods:

4.10 The points accumulated will correspond to the stage in which they were earned. At the end of each stage, the "Results" table will reset and record the scores for the new stage.

4.11 The history of points accumulated in the previous stage will remain available for viewing on the promotions page.

Art. 5 Terms and Conditions of Participation

5.1 For every 50 lei wagered in the “Sport & Live” sections, players will receive between 1 and 2 points, provided the ticket placement terms and conditions are met.

5.2 For tickets placed in the "Sport & Live" section, 1 point is awarded. Eligible tickets are Pre-match, Live, or Mixed tickets that include exclusively Football events and have a minimum stake of 50 lei. Single tickets must have minimum odds of 1.70, while Multiple tickets must include at least 3 events, with a total minimum odds of 3.5.

5.3 For tickets containing only events placed in the "Live" section, 2 points are awarded. Eligible tickets are Single or Multiple tickets that include exclusively Football events and have a minimum stake of 50 lei. Single tickets must have minimum odds of 1.70, while Multiple tickets must include at least 3 events, with a total minimum odds of 3.5.

5.4 Only tickets that are validated during the campaign period will be considered for point accumulation.

5.5 Tickets that receive odds of 1.00 for any reason, tickets settled via the Cash Out option, Risk-Free Bets obtained from other promotions/campaigns, and System bets will not be considered.

5.6 Only bets placed by players who have registered for this campaign by clicking the “Participate” button on the promotions page will be taken into account.

5.7 Bets placed in the “Casino”, “Live Casino”, “Virtual Sports”, “Quick Games”, or “Lottery” sections will not be considered.

Art. 6 Description, Awarding, and Delivery of Prizes

6.1 The prizes will be awarded to the participants who ranked 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in the final leaderboard of the second stage of the campaign, as follows:

6.2 The prize will be awarded exclusively to the winner and cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.

6.3 The prize is understood to mean either the physical item or its monetary equivalent.

6.4 The winner may choose the method of prize delivery, either as the physical item or via bank transfer. The monetary value of the prize will be paid according to the table below:

6.5 The Organizer may decide to convert the prize into cash if, for reasons beyond its control, for example, but not limited to, the product being out of stock with specialized suppliers the prize cannot be delivered. The cash value will be paid according to the table above.

6.6 In the cases mentioned in points 6.4 and 6.5, 90% of the total prize value indicated in the table above will be paid within 15 working days after the campaign ends, by bank transfer to the player’s account. The remaining 10% represents the withholding tax retained by the Organizer.

6.7 When awarding a prize consisting of a physical item, the Organizer is responsible for paying the 10% tax on the prize value.

6.8 Delivery of the physical prize will be made within a maximum of 30 working days from the winner’s confirmation.

6.9 The points earned will correspond to each stage individually and will not be combined to reach the minimum number of points mentioned in Article 4, point 4.9.

6.10 To claim the prize corresponding to their final ranking position, the participant must meet the minimum points requirement. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.

6.11 To claim the prize corresponding to the position obtained in the final leaderboard of the second stage, the participant must meet the requirement regarding the minimum number of points needed and must have earned at least 1 point in the first stage of the campaign. Otherwise, the prize will be canceled.

6.12 To receive the prize, the winner must have completed the account verification (KYC) process. If this step is not fully completed, the Organizer will cancel the prize.

6.13 If the Organizer cannot contact the winner due to notification restrictions set in the personal account, the winner must contact the Organizer within 15 calendar days after the campaign ends by emailing [email protected] to claim the prize. Otherwise, the prize will be forfeited.

6.14 The Organizer will send the prize to the delivery address provided in writing by the winner, with confirmation of receipt. If the prize is not collected and returned to the sender, it will be canceled.

6.15 The winner must claim their prize within 15 calendar days from receiving the email confirming their final ranking and prize. Failure to respond within this period will result in prize forfeiture.

6.16 The winner is obliged to claim the premium received within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the email by which the Organizer confirms the position in the final ranking and the prize won. If this interval is exceeded, the prize will be canceled.

Art. 7 Taxation

7.1 The tax is applied in accordance with Article 110 of Law no. 227/2015 on the Fiscal Code, with subsequent amendments and completions.

7.2 The payment of the 10% tax, applied on the net income earned from each prize, is the responsibility of the Winner and will be withheld at source, as established by this regulation.

7.3 The Organizer will bear the tax only in the case where the prize is physically awarded to the Winner.

7.4 After withholding the tax, it is the Organizer’s responsibility to transfer it to the state budget.

Art. 8 Description and Awarding of Bonuses

8.1 By participating in this campaign and accumulating points in accordance with the terms and conditions of participation mentioned above, PWB bonuses will be awarded based on the position held in the final leaderboard of each stage, as follows:

8.2 Bonuses will be awarded within a maximum of 48 hours after the end of each stage to participants who have accumulated the minimum number of points required for their position in the final leaderboard.

8.3 In the second stage, the participants ranked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd will receive, in addition to the prize corresponding to their position, a bonus, provided they have accumulated the minimum number of points required for its award.

8.4 If one or more players have not accumulated the minimum number of points required for their position in the final leaderboard of each stage, the Organizer will not award the bonus and it will be canceled.

8.5 If, at the end of the campaign, not all available positions in the final leaderboard have been occupied, the Organizer will not award the bonuses and will cancel them.

8.6 In cases where a player cannot receive the bonus (e.g., due to account suspension, self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not award the bonus and will cancel it.

8.7 To receive the bonuses, all players must have completed the account verification (KYC) process. If this step is not fully completed, the Organizer will not award the bonuses and will cancel them.

8.8 After being awarded, the bonus will appear in the “My Account” → “Bonuses” section.

Article 9. Terms and Conditions of Use for "PWB Bonus Sport & Live"

9.1 To fulfill the wagering requirement for this type of bonus, the amount from the real balance will be initially used, then the bonus balance.

9.2 If the available funds in the real balance do not cover the entire stake intended to be placed on the bet, then the difference will be taken from the bonus balance. For example, a total bet worth 100 lei, and there are available funds of 80 lei in the real balance; the difference up to 100 will be deducted from the bonus balance. Thus, the bet of 100 lei will be split into 2 bets. The same rule applies to winnings.

9.3 From the moment the bonus is granted, it must be accepted within a maximum of 48 hours. Otherwise, it will expire.

9.4 In order for the bonus balance to be transferred to the real balance, a rollover of x1 must be completed, exclusively in the "Sport & Live" sections within a maximum of 96 hours from activation. Otherwise, winnings generated from using the bonus will be canceled.

9.5 The maximum stake taken into account when calculating turnover is 100 lei, any stake over this amount will not be taken into account. For example, if the bet placed is worth 150 lei, only the maximum amount of 100 lei will contribute to the turnover calculation.

9.6 Both the real balance and the bonus balance can be used to fulfill the wagering requirement.

9.7 Only Single or/and Multiple type validated tickets will be considered for calculating the rollover, regardless of their outcome.

9.8 The minimum odds of each placed event must be 1.70.

9.9 Only bets placed and settled before the expiration of the maximum wagering period will count toward the wagering requirement. Bets placed or settled after this period, as well as unsettled or incomplete bets, will not be taken into account.

9.10 Tickets that receive odds of 1.00 for various reasons, tickets that have used the Cash Out option, tickets used as Risk-Free Bets obtained from other promotions/campaigns, ante-post bets, as well as System type tickets, are not considered.

9.11 Bets placed in the "Lottery," "Casino," "Live Casino," "Virtual Sports," "Fast Games" sections will not contribute to the loading of the progress bar.

9.12 In exceptional cases where the bonus is not automatically transferred to the bonus balance, it is necessary to contact us at the email address [email protected] or via Live Chat before using the deposited amount, partially or entirely. Otherwise, the bonus cannot be granted again.

9.13 The maximum amount that will be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after completing the wagering requirement is up to x1 the initially granted bonus amount. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be voided upon completion of the wagering requirement or upon a withdrawal request.

9.14 Once the last bonus bet is settled and the progress bar is complete, the funds from the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.

9.15 If the rollover is not completed and both the real balance and the bonus balance have been used in their entirety, any subsequent deposit will not affect the potential winnings. It will remain at 0.00 lei.

9.16 If the bonus balance reaches 0.10 lei, in this situation the bonus will be canceled.

9.17 Funds from the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering conditions are met. If a withdrawal is requested before fulfilling the bonus rollover conditions, funds from the bonus balance will be canceled.

9.18 If another PWB bonus is activated, the bonus balance related to the first PWB will be canceled, and only the value of the newly accepted PWB bonus will be found in the bonus balance.

9.19 If the bonus is canceled or expired, the value of the bonus and any associated winnings will be canceled.

9.20 The PWB bonus must be used exclusively in the section(s) for which it was awarded. Improper use of bonus balance amounts in other sections, with the aim of facilitating the fulfillment of the turnover conditions, will lead to the cancellation of the bonus and the earnings obtained from it.

9.21 Within campaigns/tournaments held on the Organizer's platform, the use of a PWB bonus will not contribute to point accumulation.

Article 10. Other Clauses

10.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players participating in this campaign by creating multiple, self-excluded or blocked accounts and proceeding to their closure. If such accounts are identified, the Organizer will cancel the accumulated points and award the prize without prior notice.

10.2 Employees of Favbet Online Company, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses, first-degree relatives, are not entitled to participate in this Campaign.

10.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for a player, a group, or for all players, without prior explanations or notifications, if it is used in a manner contrary to the Organizer's Rules.

10.4 The Campaign complies with Favbet's Regulations and Terms and Conditions.

10.5 Players participating in this campaign may also participate in other promotions / campaigns / bonuses available on the Organizer's platform.

10.6 The Campaign is limited to one use per account / address / IP, etc.

Article 11. Participant Information

11.1 The Campaign Regulation is available on the Organizer's Platform Favbet.ro.

11.2 Participation in this Campaign implies the obligation to comply with all provisions of this Regulation.

Article 12. Final Provisions

12.1 Participation in this Campaign represents the player's full agreement to comply with this Regulation.

12.2 Participation in the Campaign is prohibited for persons under 18 years of age.

12.3 This Regulation may be amended and/or updated during the Campaign or at any other time without prior notice to the players. They are obliged to check the Campaign Terms and Conditions.

12.4 If it is found that a player has violated the Regulation, he/she will be excluded from the Campaign.

12.5 The Organizer assumes no responsibility in the following cases (without limitation):

the postponement of the Campaign and errors that occur during it;

connection errors or other technical problems (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, and internet) of the players;

for receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact details and/or other necessary information for the Campaign.
