Article 1. Organizer of the Campaign

1.1 The organizer is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered at the Trade Registry Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under registration number J40/14188/2015 dated 18.11.2015, CUI number 35246629, License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.

1.2 The campaign is carried out in accordance with this Regulation. Participants in the promotional campaign must be aware of and comply with the clauses of this Regulation.

Article 2. Venue of the Campaign

2.1 The campaign takes place exclusively on the Organizer's Platform, Favbet.ro.

Article 3. Duration of the Campaign

3.1 The Campaign Period is from September 8, 2025 until December 28, 2025 at 23:59.

Article 4. Mechanism of Campaign Implementation

4.1 The Campaign is addressed exclusively to players who hold an active account on the Organizer’s platform and have completed the game account verification procedure.

4.2 To participate in this Campaign, it is necessary to register by clicking the “Participate” button available on the promotion page.

4.3 The Campaign mechanism consists of accumulating points and completing weekly sports missions.

4.4 Participants can complete weekly missions for the following sports: Football, Tennis, Basketball, or Handball.

4.5 Each mission consists of accumulating 5 points for each sport during a promotional week.

4.6 The progress of each mission is displayed separately for each sport through a progress bar, indicating how many points have been accumulated and how many are still needed until the bar is completed (e.g., 1/5 points). The bar will only display the points accumulated during the current week.

4.7 Points are accumulated in compliance with the terms and conditions of participation.

4.8 After the end of each promotional week, participants who have accumulated at least 5 points in one participating sport will receive a 200 lei PWB bonus. If the minimum point threshold is met for all participating sports, a 200 lei PWB bonus will be granted for each sport.

4.9 The Campaign takes place from September 8, 2025, to December 28, 2025, and is structured into promotional weeks, each week starting on Monday and ending on Sunday.
For example:

The first promotional week begins on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 00:00, and ends on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 23:59.

The next promotional week begins on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 00:00, and ends on Sunday, September 21, 2025, at 23:59.

This structure continues throughout the entire Campaign and concludes with the last promotional week, December 22–28, 2025.

4.10 At the beginning of each week, the progress bars are reset and will record only the activity of the current week.

Article 5. Terms and Conditions of Participation

5.1 For every 100 lei wagered on a Pre-match, Single, or Multiple ticket, which includes exclusively events from Football, Tennis, Basketball, or Handball and is placed in the “Sports” section, 1 point will be awarded.

5.2 Eligible tickets are: Single bets with minimum odds of 1.50, and Multiple bets which must include at least 3 events, each with minimum odds of 1.50, all belonging to the same participating sport.

5.3 Multiple bets must include events from the same participating sport in order to be eligible. Tickets that combine events from several participating sports will not be considered.

Example: A Multiple ticket with 3 football matches and 2 tennis matches is not eligible, while a Multiple ticket with 5 football matches is eligible.

5.4 All placed tickets must be settled within the current promotional week.

5.5 If one or more tickets are not settled within the current promotional week, they will not contribute to point accumulation and will not be considered in the week when they are subsequently settled.

5.6 Only tickets containing events from the participating sports will be considered and will contribute to point accumulation.

5.7 Only bets placed by players who have registered for this Campaign by clicking the “Participate” button on the promotions page will be considered.

5.8 The following tickets will not be considered: tickets with odds of 1.00 for any reason, tickets that used the Cash Out option, tickets used as Risk-Free Bets obtained from other promotions/campaigns, and System bets.

5.9 Bets placed in the “Live”, “Casino”, “Live Casino”, “Virtual Sports”, “Fast Games”, or “Lottery” sections will not be considered.

Article 6. Description and Awarding of Bonuses

6.1 By participating in this Campaign and accumulating points in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned above, participants who accumulate at least 5 points in one of the participating sports will receive a weekly bonus of 200 lei PWB.

6.2 The maximum bonus a participant can receive in a promotional week is 800 lei PWB, granted for accumulating at least 5 points in each participating sport.

6.3 To benefit from the maximum weekly bonus (800 lei PWB), participants must accumulate 5 points for each participating sport, for a total of 20 points. For example, 5 points in Football, 5 points in Tennis, 5 points in Basketball, and 5 points in Handball.

6.4 Bonuses will be awarded within a maximum of 48 hours from the end of each promotional week, to all participants who have accumulated the minimum required points for each sport.

6.5 Points accumulated above the minimum threshold for each sport will not be taken into account, and no additional bonuses will be awarded beyond those stipulated in this Regulation.

6.6 If one or more players have not accumulated the minimum required points, the Organizer will not grant the bonus, which will be cancelled.

6.7 If a player is unable to receive the bonus (for example, due to the blocking of the game account, self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not grant the bonus, which will be cancelled.

6.8 To be eligible to receive the bonuses, all players must have completed the account verification (KYC) process. If this step is not fully completed, the Organizer will not grant the bonuses, which will be cancelled.

6.9 Once awarded, the bonus will be available in the “My Account” → “Bonuses” section.

Article 7. Terms and Conditions of Use for "PWB Bonus Sport & Live"

7.1 To fulfill the wagering requirement for this type of bonus, the amount from the real balance will be initially used, then the bonus balance.

7.2 If the available funds in the real balance do not cover the entire stake intended to be placed on the bet, then the difference will be taken from the bonus balance. For example, a total bet worth 100 lei, and there are available funds of 80 lei in the real balance; the difference up to 100 will be deducted from the bonus balance. Thus, the bet of 100 lei will be split into 2 bets. The same rule applies to winnings.

7.3 From the moment the bonus is granted, it must be accepted within a maximum of 48 hours. Otherwise, it will expire.

7.4 In order for the bonus balance to be transferred to the real balance, a rollover of x15 must be completed, exclusively in the "Sport & Live" sections within a maximum of 96 hours from activation. Otherwise, winnings generated from using the bonus will be canceled.

7.5 The maximum stake taken into account when calculating turnover is 100 lei, any stake over this amount will not be taken into account. For example, if the bet placed is worth 250 lei, only the maximum amount of 100 lei will contribute to the turnover calculation.

7.6 Both the real balance and the bonus balance can be used to fulfill the wagering requirement.

7.7 Only Single or/and Multiple type validated tickets will be considered for calculating the rollover, regardless of their outcome.

7.8 The minimum odds of each placed event must be 1.70.

7.9 Only bets placed and settled before the expiration of the maximum wagering period will count toward the wagering requirement. Bets placed or settled after this period, as well as unsettled or incomplete bets, will not be taken into account.

7.10 Tickets that receive odds of 1.00 for various reasons, tickets that have used the Cash Out option, tickets used as Risk-Free Bets obtained from other promotions/campaigns, ante-post bets, as well as System type tickets, are not considered.

7.11 Bets placed in the "Lottery," "Casino," "Live Casino," "Virtual Sports," "Fast Games" sections will not contribute to the loading of the progress bar.

7.12 In exceptional cases where the bonus is not automatically transferred to the bonus balance, it is necessary to contact us at the email address [email protected] or via Live Chat before using the deposited amount, partially or entirely. Otherwise, the bonus cannot be granted again.

7.13 The maximum amount that will be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after completing the wagering requirement is up to x2 the initially granted bonus amount. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be voided upon completion of the wagering requirement or upon a withdrawal request.

7.14 Once the last bonus bet is settled and the progress bar is complete, the funds from the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.

7.15 If the rollover is not completed and both the real balance and the bonus balance have been used in their entirety, any subsequent deposit will not affect the potential winnings. It will remain at 0.00 lei.

7.16 If the bonus balance reaches 0.10 lei, in this situation the bonus will be canceled.

7.17 Funds from the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering conditions are met. If a withdrawal is requested before fulfilling the bonus rollover conditions, funds from the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.18 If another PWB bonus is activated, the bonus balance related to the first PWB will be canceled, and only the value of the newly accepted PWB bonus will be found in the bonus balance.

7.19 If the bonus is canceled or expired, the value of the bonus and any associated winnings will be canceled.

7.20 The PWB bonus must be used exclusively in the section(s) for which it was awarded. Improper use of bonus balance amounts in other sections, with the aim of facilitating the fulfillment of the turnover conditions, will lead to the cancellation of the bonus and the earnings obtained from it.

7.21 Within campaigns/tournaments held on the Organizer's platform, the use of a PWB bonus will not contribute to point accumulation.

Article 8. Other Clauses

8.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players participating in this campaign by creating multiple, self-excluded or blocked accounts and proceeding to their closure. If such accounts are identified, the Organizer will cancel the accumulated points and award the prize without prior notice.

8.2 Employees of Favbet Online Company, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses, first-degree relatives, are not entitled to participate in this Campaign.

8.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for a player, a group, or for all players, without prior explanations or notifications, if it is used in a manner contrary to the Organizer's Rules.

8.4 The Campaign complies with Favbet's Regulations and Terms and Conditions.

8.5 Players participating in this campaign may also participate in other promotions / campaigns / bonuses available on the Organizer's platform.

8.6 The Campaign is limited to one use per account / address / IP, etc.

Article 9. Participant Information

9.1 The Campaign Regulation is available on the Organizer's Platform Favbet.ro.

9.2 Participation in this Campaign implies the obligation to comply with all provisions of this Regulation.

Article 10. Final Provisions

10.1 Participation in this Campaign represents the player's full agreement to comply with this Regulation.

10.2 Participation in the Campaign is prohibited for persons under 18 years of age.

10.3 This Regulation may be amended and/or updated during the Campaign or at any other time without prior notice to the players. They are obliged to check the Campaign Terms and Conditions.

10.4 If it is found that a player has violated the Regulation, he/she will be excluded from the Campaign.

10.5 The Organizer assumes no responsibility in the following cases (without limitation):

the postponement of the Campaign and errors that occur during it;

connection errors or other technical problems (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, and internet) of the players;

for receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact details and/or other necessary information for the Campaign.
