Art. 1. Campaign Organizer

• 1.1 The Organizer of the Campaign is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company based in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Registry Office under the Bucharest Tribunal under number J40/14188/2015 dated 18.11.2015, Tax Identification Number (CUI) 35246629, License Series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.
• 1.2 The Campaign is conducted in accordance with this Regulation. Participants in the promotional Campaign must familiarize themselves with and comply with the clauses of this Regulation.

Art. 2. Campaign Location

• 2.1 The Campaign is conducted exclusively on the Organizer's Platform, Favbet.ro.

Art. 3. Campaign Duration

• 3.1 The Campaign will take place from 20.11.2024 to 31.12.2025 at 23:59.

Art. 4. Campaign Mechanism

• 4.1 The Campaign is addressed exclusively to players who hold an active account on the Organizer's platform.
• 4.2 This Campaign is conducted daily, and only winning tickets placed on the current day, from 00:01 to 23:59, will be considered.
• 4.3 As part of this Campaign, the Organizer will award bonuses for the first 3 (three) winning tickets with the highest final odds of the current day.
• 4.4 If multiple tickets with the same final odds (final rate) are identified, the tie will be resolved based on the time the tickets were placed – the first ticket placed will have priority.
• 4.5 The ranking will be updated within a maximum of 72 hours from the calculation of the ticket results, in the "Results" table available on the promotional page.

Art. 5. Terms and Conditions of Participation

• 5.1 Eligible tickets are Pre-match, Live, or Mixed, placed in the Sports & Live section with a minimum stake of 50 lei.
• 5.2 Only validated winning tickets for the current day of type Multiple, which include at least 3 events with a total minimum odds of 10.00, will be considered.
• 5.3 Tickets that have used the Cash Out option, tickets used as Risk-Free Bets obtained through other promotions/campaigns, as well as System-type tickets, will not be considered.
• 5.4 Bets placed in the "Virtual Games," "Casino," "Live Casino," and "Lottery" sections will not be considered.
• 5.5 The Organizer assumes no responsibility for delays, interruptions, or rescheduling of events within the Campaign. Tickets including postponed, interrupted, or rescheduled events that extend beyond the campaign day (the current day) will not be considered (e.g., a tennis match scheduled for Monday at 23:00 and postponed to Tuesday at 01:00).

Art. 6. Description and Awarding of Bonuses

• 6.1 Bonuses will be awarded within a maximum of 48 hours after the leaderboard is published.
• 6.2 A participant may receive a maximum of 1 (one) bonus every 3 (three) days.
• 6.3 Bonuses will be awarded as a Risk-Free Bet worth 20 lei.
• 6.4 If a player is unable to receive the bonus (e.g., due to account suspension, self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not award the bonus and will cancel it.
• 6.5 The bonus must be claimed in the "My Account" → "Bonuses" → "Risk-Free Bet" section.

Art. 7. Terms and Conditions for Using the "Risk-Free Bet"

• 7.1 The ticket can only be placed if the account balance contains sufficient funds for the use of the Risk-Free Bet.
• 7.2 The odds for each selected event must range between a minimum of 1.70 and a maximum of 2.50.
• 7.3 System-type tickets are not considered.
• 7.4 After selecting the events and meeting the above conditions, the "Risk-Free Bet" checkbox must be ticked before placing the ticket.
• 7.5 If the ticket is unsuccessful, the stake will be refunded.
• 7.6 Winnings generated from this bonus must be wagered once (x1).
• 7.7 From the moment the bonus is granted, the player has 3 (three) days to accept the bonus and meet the wagering condition.
• 7.8 Acceptance and use of each bonus is done individually; other bonuses available in the account may remain pending or paused.

Art. 8. Other Clauses

• 8.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players who participate in this campaign with multiple accounts, self-excluded accounts, or blocked accounts.
• 8.2 Employees of Favbet Online, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses and first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
• 8.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for a player, a group, or all players without explanation or prior notice if the Campaign is used in a manner contrary to the Organizer's Rules.
• 8.4 The Campaign adheres to the Favbet Regulations and Terms and Conditions.
• 8.5 Players participating in this Campaign may also participate in other promotions/campaigns/bonuses available on the Organizer's platform.
• 8.6 The Campaign is limited to a single use per account/address/IP, etc.

Art. 9. Participant Information

• 9.1 The Campaign Regulation is available on the Organizer's platform, Favbet.ro.
• 9.2 Participation in this Campaign implies the obligation to comply with all provisions of this Regulation.

• 9.4 The Campaign is valid across all platform versions (desktop, mobile, and mobile application).

Art. 10. Final Provisions

• 10.1 Participation in this Campaign constitutes the player’s full agreement to comply with this Regulation.
• 10.2 Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from participating in the Campaign.
• 10.3 This Regulation may be modified and/or updated during the Campaign period or at any other time without prior notice to the players. Players are responsible for checking the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
• 10.4 If it is found that a player has violated the Regulation, they will be excluded from the Campaign.
• 10.5 The Organizer assumes no responsibility in the following cases (including but not limited to):
  • • the postponement of the Campaign or errors occurring during it;
  • • connection errors or other technical issues (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, and internet) experienced by players;
  • • incomplete and/or incorrect contact details or other necessary information provided for the Campaign.
