Play and collect points

During the campaign period, 02.10.2025 - 04.01.2026, play any of the eligible slots to earn points. Your points are calculated based on your bet amount, the number of rounds played, and any winnings from each round. These values are added together and then multiplied by a fixed multiplier: 7.77.

For example, if you place a 4 RON bet, your score will be: 7,77 x (4 + 1)= 38,85 points

Your points are automatically tracked on the leaderboard, and your progress can be followed in real time.

Art. 1. Campaign Organizer

1.1 The organizer of the campaign is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered at the Trade Registry Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under no. J40/14188/2015 as of 18.11.2015, VAT number 35246629, License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.

1.2 The campaign is conducted in accordance with this Regulation. Participants in the promotional campaign are required to be familiar with and comply with the provisions of this Regulation.

Art. 2. Campaign Venue

2.1 The campaign is conducted exclusively on the Organizer’s platform, Favbet.ro.

Art. 3. Campaign Period

3.1 The campaign period is from 02.10.2025 until 04.01.2026 at 23:59.

Art. 4. Campaign Mechanism

4.1 The campaign is addressed exclusively to players who have an active account on the Organizer’s platform and have completed the account verification process.

4.2 To participate in this campaign, registration is required by clicking the “Participate” button available on the promotion page.

4.3 The campaign mechanism consists of accumulating points and tickets. Accumulated points contribute to the collection of tickets, and for every 500.000 points accumulated, 1 ticket will be awarded.

4.4 Points are calculated according to the formula: 7.77 x (the sum of total stakes plus the number of distinct rounds).

4.5 Points and tickets accumulated during this campaign will be reflected in a ranking, hereinafter referred to as the “Results” table.

4.6 The “Results” table, available on the promotion page, will display, after registration in the campaign, each participant’s account number (ID), their position in the ranking, the number of points, and the number of tickets accumulated, updating periodically after bets are validated.

4.7 Accumulated points and tickets are individual. They cannot be combined with points or tickets of other participants and cannot be transferred to other participants.

4.8 In the event that multiple participants achieve the same number of points, the participant who reached the score first will occupy a higher position in the ranking.

4.9 In the event of a connection loss or technical issue, all bets (spins) will be considered invalid and will not be counted for the ranking.

4.10 The campaign will run for a period of 3 months and is structured in 3 stages, as follows:

4.11 Points and tickets accumulated will correspond to each stage in which they were earned. At the end of each stage, the “Results” table will be reset and will record and display the points and tickets for the new stage.

4.12 The history of points and tickets accumulated in previous stages will remain available for viewing on the promotion page.

4.13 At the end of each stage, a random draw will take place, in which only participants who have accumulated at least 1 ticket will participate.

4.14 The draw will be conducted using the official website www.random.org.

Art. 5. Terms and Conditions of Participation

5.1 The minimum stake considered for points accumulation is 3 lei.

5.2 Only bets placed during the campaign period by players registered for the promotion by clicking the “Participate” button on the dedicated page will be taken into account.

5.3 Only stakes placed from the real balance will contribute to points accumulation, while stakes placed from the bonus balance will not be considered.

5.4 Bets placed in the following sections will not contribute to points accumulation: Quick Games, Sports, Live, Lotto, Live Casino, Virtual Sports.

Art. 6. Description, Awarding, and Delivery of Prizes

6.1 At the end of each stage, a prize will be awarded. The winner will be determined by a random draw, in which only participants who have accumulated at least 1 ticket will participate, as follows:

6.2 The Organizer will not conduct the random draw if, at the end of a stage, fewer than 3 participants have reached the minimum ticket threshold. In this case, the prize for that stage will be canceled.

6.3 The prize will be awarded only to the winner and cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.

6.4 For the purposes of this campaign, a prize is defined as either a material good or its monetary equivalent.

6.5 The winner may choose the method of receiving the prize, either as the material good itself or via bank transfer. The monetary value of the prize will be paid according to the table below:

6.6 The Organizer may decide to substitute the prize with its monetary equivalent if, for reasons beyond its control (for example, if the product is unavailable from specialized suppliers), the material prize cannot be provided. The monetary value will be paid according to the table above.

6.7 In cases mentioned in points 6.5 and 6.6, 90% of the total prize value will be paid via bank transfer. 10% of the prize value represents the tax withheld at source by the Organizer.

6.8 When the prize consists of a material good, the Organizer is responsible for paying the 10% tax on the prize value.

6.9 To receive the prize, the winner must have completed the account verification (KYC) process. If this step is not fully completed, the Organizer will not award the prize and it will be canceled.

6.10 The confirmation of winners will be made by the Organizer via email sent after the end of each stage. The winner is required to respond to this email within a maximum of 5 calendar days to claim the prize. Otherwise, the prize will be canceled.

6.11 If the Organizer is unable to contact the winner due to restrictions set in their account notifications, the winner must contact the Organizer at [email protected] within 5 calendar days after the end of each stage to claim the prize. Otherwise, the prize will be canceled.

6.12 After the winner claims the prize, the Organizer will ship the material prize within 30 working days to the delivery address provided in writing by the winner, with confirmation of receipt. If the prize is not collected and is returned to the sender, the prize will be canceled.

6.13 After the winner claims the prize, the Organizer will pay the prize via bank transfer to the winner’s account within 15 working days.

Art. 7. Tax

7.1 The tax is applied in accordance with Art. 110 of Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code, with subsequent amendments and completions.

7.2 The payment of the 10% tax applied to the net income earned from each prize is the responsibility of the winner and will be withheld at source, as established in this regulation.

7.3 The Organizer will cover the tax only in the case the material prize is awarded.

7.4 After withholding the tax, it is the responsibility of the Campaign Organizer to transfer it to the state budget.

Art. 8. Description and Awarding of Bonuses

8.1 By participating in this campaign and accumulating points according to the terms and conditions of participation mentioned above, depending on the position in the final ranking of each stage, bonuses will be awarded as follows:

8.4 Bonuses will be credited within 48 hours after the end of each stage.

8.5 If, at the end of each stage, not all available positions in the final ranking are filled, the Organizer will not award the bonuses, and they will be canceled.

8.6 If a player is unable to receive the bonus (e.g., due to account blocking, self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not award the bonus, and it will be canceled.

8.7 To receive the bonuses, all players must have completed the account verification (KYC) process. If this step is not fully completed, the Organizer will not award the bonuses, and they will be canceled.

8.8 Once awarded, the bonus will appear in “My Account” → “Bonuses”.

Art. 9. General Terms and Conditions for “Casino Bonus”

9.1 To start fulfilling the wagering requirements, the bonus must be activated within 24 hours of being awarded.

9.2 When fulfilling the wagering requirements, the real balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.

9.3 If the available funds in the real balance do not fully cover the stake of a bet, the difference will be deducted from the bonus balance. In the case of a win, the winnings will be distributed proportionally to the amounts used for placing the bet.

9.4 In order for the bonus balance to be transferred to the real balance, the bonus must be wagered 10× within 72 hours. Otherwise, winnings generated from the bonus will be canceled.

9.5 The maximum stake considered for wagering purposes is 50 lei. Any stake exceeding this amount will not be taken into account.

9.6 Bets placed in the sections "Sports", "Live", "Lotto", "Live Casino", "Virtual Sports", all games from the Skywind provider, certain games from the Casino section (according to the full list available HERE), as well as bets placed but not validated before completing the wagering, will not contribute to the progress bar.

9.7 The maximum amount that can be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after completing the wagering is 1× the initial bonus amount. Winnings exceeding this amount will be canceled at the end of the wagering.

9.8 After completing the wagering, funds from the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.

9.9 In exceptional cases where the bonus is not automatically transferred to the bonus balance, players must contact [email protected] or use Live Chat before using the deposited amount, partially or fully. Otherwise, the bonus cannot be granted again.

9.10 If the bonus balance reaches 0.10 lei, the bonus will be canceled.

9.11 Funds in the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled. If a withdrawal is requested before completing the bonus wagering conditions, the funds in the bonus balance will be canceled.

9.12 If another bonus is activated, the currently active bonus will be canceled, and only the value of the newly accepted bonus will remain in the bonus balance.

9.13 If the bonus is canceled or expired, the bonus balance will be nullified.

9.14 Using the bonus for the purpose of artificially fulfilling wagering requirements will lead to the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings obtained from it.

9.15 During campaigns or tournaments held on the Organizer’s platform, using any type of bonus will not contribute to accumulating points.

Art. 10. General Terms and Conditions for “Free Spins”

10.1 To start fulfilling the wagering requirements, the bonus must be activated within 24 hours of being awarded.

10.2 For the bonus balance to be transferred to the real balance, the bonus must be wagered 40× within 72 hours. Otherwise, winnings generated from the use of the bonus will be canceled.

10.3 Free Spins can only be used in the game for which they were awarded, with a fixed value of 1 leu per spin, determined at the time of awarding and not subject to change.

10.4 The minimum stake considered for wagering purposes is 0.10 lei, and the maximum stake is 5 lei.

10.5 The maximum amount that can be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after completing the wagering is 1× the value won from the Free Spins. Winnings exceeding this amount will be canceled at the end of the wagering.

10.6 Bets placed in the sections "Sports", "Live", "Lotto", "Live Casino", "Virtual Sports", all games from the Skywind provider, certain games from the Casino section (according to the full list available HERE), as well as bets placed but not validated before completing the wagering, will not contribute to the progress bar.

10.12 If the bonus is canceled or expires, the bonus balance will be nullified.

10.13 Using the bonus to artificially fulfill wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings obtained from it.

Art. 11. Other Clauses

11.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players who participate in this campaign by creating multiple accounts, self-excluded accounts, or blocked accounts, proceeding to close such accounts. If such accounts are identified, the Organizer will cancel accumulated points and the awarding of the prize without prior notice.

11.2 Employees of Favbet Online, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses or first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate in this campaign.

11.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for an individual player, a group, or all players, without explanation or prior notice, if the campaign is used in a manner that violates the Organizer’s Rules.

11.4 The campaign complies with the Favbet Terms and Conditions and the Rules of the Organizer.

11.5 Players participating in this campaign may also participate in other promotions/campaigns/bonuses available on the Organizer’s platform.

11.6 The campaign is limited to a single use per account/address/IP.

Art. 12. Participant Information

12.1 The Campaign Rules are available on the Organizer’s platform, Favbet.ro.

12.2 Participation in this Campaign implies the obligation to comply with all provisions of these Rules.

Art. 13. Final Provisions

13.1 Participation in this Campaign represents the player’s full agreement to comply with these Rules.

13.2 Participation in the Campaign is prohibited for persons under 18 years of age.

13.3 These Rules may be modified and/or updated during the Campaign or at any other time without prior notice to the players. Participants are obliged to check the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.

13.4 If it is found that a player has violated the Rules, he/she will be excluded from the Campaign.

13.5 The Organizer assumes no liability in the following cases (without limitation to):

the postponement of the Campaign and errors occurring during it;

connection errors or other technical issues (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, and Internet) experienced by the players;

receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact information and/or other details required for the Campaign.
