1.1 The organizer FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company based in Bucharest, registered at the Office of the Trade Registry at the Bucharest Court under number J40/14188/2015 of 18.11.2015, CUI 35246629, License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05. .2020.

1.2 The campaign is conducted in accordance with these Regulations. Participants in the Promotional Campaign must know and comply with the clauses of this Regulation.

2.1 The campaign is conducted exclusively on the Favbet.ro Organizer Platform.

3.1 The period of the Campaign is from 4.11.2024 until 31.12.2025 at 23:59.

4.1 The campaign is aimed exclusively at players who have an active account on the Organizer's platform and have completed the game account verification procedure.

4.2 In order to participate in this campaign, it is necessary to register by pressing the "Participate" button, available on the promotion page.

4.3 Exceptions are cases where the participant has been inactive in the Promotion for 30 days, in which case they will have to press the "Participate" button again.

4.4 The campaign consists of two separate mechanisms "Wheel of Fortune and Sam's Challenges", in which participants have the opportunity to receive bonuses by fulfilling the conditions set out in these Regulations.

4.5 "Wheel of Fortune", is a completely random mechanism that gives participants the chance to obtain bonuses following participation.

4.6 "Wheel of Fortune" consists of 10 (ten) distinct sectors with fixed bonuses: 8 (eight) sectors with bonuses, 1 (one) sector that offers the opportunity to spin the wheel again and 1 (one) sector without winning.

4.7 Participation in the "Wheel of Fortune" is only possible if, on each day of participation, a turnover of 100 lei has been achieved, necessary to complete the progress bar and be able to spin the wheel.

4.8 "Sam's Challenge" is a challenge where each participant who decides to complete it will receive an additional bonus.

4.9 To obtain the additional bonus, the participant must spin the "Wheel of Fortune" every day for 7 consecutive days.

4.10 If a participant does not participate in the "Sam's Challenge" on a particular day for various reasons, such as lack of activity or failure to complete the roll, the challenge will reset. This will reset to 00:01 the next day and the seven day progress will start from scratch. Additionally, the challenge will reset if the wheel stops on the "Spin Again" sector and the spin is not used on the same day.

4.11 Each participant can spin the wheel only once per day, after loading the progress bar in the time interval 00:01 – 23:30 of the current day.

5.1 To spin the "Wheel of Fortune", the participant must place bets totaling 100 lei from the real balance, in the "Sport", "Live" and/or "Casino" sections.

5.2 The progress bar will record the activity in the "Casino" section for stakes of at least 2 lei. For the "Sport" and "Live" sections, only bets of a minimum of 50 lei will be recorded for prematch, live or mixed tickets placed. For Single tickets, a minimum odds of 1.50 is required and for Multiple tickets, they must include at least 3 events with a minimum total odds of 3.5. The progress bar will only record tickets validated on the day of placement.

5.3 Game tickets that, for various reasons, receive odds of 1.00, tickets that have used the Cash Out option, tickets used as Risk Free Bets obtained from other promotions/campaigns, System Type tickets are not taken into account when loading the progress bar.

5.4 Bets placed in the "Live Casino", "Virtual Sports", "Quick Games" or "Lotto" sections, as well as certain games in the Casino section, see HERE for the full list.

6.2 The "No Win" sector, which is located on one of the sectors of the wheel, does not offer bonuses to participants.

6.3 By participating in the "Sam's Challenge" and completing 7 (seven) consecutive days of "Wheel of Fortune" spins, the participant will be eligible for a bonus consisting of 202 Free Spins plus 100 lei Risk Free Bet.

6.4 If a player is unable to receive the bonus (example: as a result of blocking the game account, as a result of self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not grant the bonus, but will cancel it.

6.5 In order to take possession of the bonuses, all players must have completed the account verification (KYC) stage. If this stage is not completely completed, the Organizer will not grant the bonuses, but will cancel them.

6.6 After granting, the bonus will be found in the "My Account" → "Bonuses" → "Free Spins / Risk Free Bet" section.

7.1 The ticket can only be placed if there are funds available in the game account balance for using the Risk Free Bet.

7.2 The odds of each placed event must be between a minimum of 1.70 and a maximum of 2.50.

7.3 SYSTEM TYPE tickets are not taken into account.

8.1 The value of a free spin is from 0.20 lei and up to 2.00 lei, depending on the game in which they were awarded.

8.2 Winnings generated from Free Spins must be rolled over x1.

8.3 From the moment the bonus is granted, the player has 3 (three) days to accept the bonus and use it.

9.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players participating in this campaign with multiple, self-excluded or blocked accounts.

9.2 Employees of the Favbet Online Company, collaborators, collaborators' employees, such as their spouses, first-degree relatives, are not entitled to participate in this Campaign.

9.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for a player, a group or all players, without explanation or prior notice, if it is used in a manner that contravenes the Organizer's Rules.
