Art. 1 Campaign Organizer

1.1 Organizer FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Court under number J2015014188408, CUI 35246629, License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.

1.2 The Local Tournament Campaign is carried out in accordance with these Regulations. Participants in the local tournament must know and comply with the clauses of these Regulations.

Art. 2 Campaign Venue

2.1 The Campaign is carried out exclusively on the organizer's platform Favbet.ro.

Art. 3 Campaign Period

3.1 The campaign period is from 15.06.2026 to 12.07.2026, 23:59.

Art. 4 Campaign Mechanism

4.1 The campaign is addressed exclusively to players who have an active account on the Organizer's platform and have completed the game account verification procedure.

4.2 Within the framework of this campaign, the points accumulated will be hereinafter referred to as "goals", the participating providers will be referred to as "teams", and the multiplier associated with each provider will be referred to as "multiplier odds".

4.3 In order to participate, it is necessary to register by pressing the "PARTICIPATE" button, available on the campaign page.

4.4 The campaign mechanism consists of accumulating goals and taking a place in the final ranking.

4.5 Goals will be accumulated depending on the total value of validated bets placed from the real balance and the multiplier odds associated with each participating team.

4.6 To accumulate goals, participants must place bets on the games of one or more participating teams.

4.7 The goals scored will be displayed in the ranking, hereinafter referred to as the "Results" table.

4.8 After registration, each participant will find in the "Results" table, the account ID, the position occupied in the ranking and the number of goals scored. This will be available on the page dedicated to the campaign and will be updated every 10 minutes.

4.9 The number of goals scored will determine the position occupied in the final ranking, depending on which the related bonuses will be awarded. Each position in the ranking will correspond to a certain type of bonus with a pre-established maximum value.

4.10 The goals scored are individual and cannot be combined with the points of other participants, nor transferred to other participants.

4.11 In the event of a loss of connection or a technical problem, bets (spins) that are not validated will not be taken into account for the accumulation of goals.

4.12 In the event that several participants score the same number of goals, the higher position in the ranking will be occupied by the participant who reached the respective score first.

Art. 5 Terms and conditions of participation

5.1 All bets placed from the real balance will be eligible, and the goals will be calculated according to the formula: total bets placed from the real balance / 100 × the multiplier odds related to the team.

For example, if a participant chooses to place bets on the Mystic Fortune Deluxe game from the Habanero team (provider), the score will be calculated as follows: total bets made from the real balance / 100 × 3.6 (Habanero multiplier odds).

5.2 The multiplier odds differ depending on each participating team, according to the table below:

5.3 Bets placed in the "Live Casino" and "Quick Games" sections will not contribute to the accumulation of points.

Art. 6 Description and Awarding of Bonuses

6.1 By participating in this campaign and accumulating goals according to the terms and conditions of participation mentioned above, bonuses of the PWB bonus and Free Spins type will be awarded depending on the place occupied in the final ranking.

6.2 The goals accumulated throughout the duration of the campaign will determine the value of the bonus that will be awarded.

6.3 Each position in the final ranking corresponds to a maximum value of the bonus that can be awarded. Regardless of the number of goals accumulated, the value of the bonus awarded will not exceed the displayed value.

6.5 Bonuses will be awarded within 48 hours of the end of the campaign, depending on the position occupied by each participant in the final ranking.

6.6 If at the end of the campaign not all available places in the final ranking have been filled, the Organizer will not award the bonuses, but will cancel them.

6.7 If a player cannot receive the bonus (example: as a result of the game account being blocked, as a result of self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not award the bonus, but will cancel it.

6.8 In order to receive the bonuses, all players must have completed the account verification stage (KYC). If this stage is not completed in full, the Organizer will not award the bonuses, but will cancel them.

6.9 After granting, the bonus will be found in the “My Account” → “Bonuses” section.

Art. 7 Terms and Conditions of Use “Bonus Casino”

7.1 To start fulfilling the wagering requirements, the bonus must be activated within 24 hours of being granted.

7.2 When rolling over, the amount from the real balance is used first, and then from the bonus balance.

7.3 If the funds available from the real balance do not fully cover the stake of a bet, then the difference will be filled from the bonus balance. In the event of a win, the amount won will be distributed proportionally to the amounts used to place the bet.

7.4 In order for the bonus balance to be transferred to the real balance, the bonus must be rolled over x10 within 72 hours of activation. Otherwise, the winnings generated from using the bonus will be canceled.

7.5 The maximum stake taken into account when calculating the rollover is 50 lei, any stake above this amount will not be taken into account.

7.6 Bets placed in the “Live Casino”, “Quick Games” sections, all games from the Skywind provider, certain games in the Casino section (according to the complete list available AICI), as well as game rounds not completed until the rollover is completed, will not contribute to loading the progress bar.

7.7 The maximum amount that will be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after the rollover is completed is a maximum of x1 the bonus amount initially granted. Winnings obtained above this amount will be canceled upon completion of the rollover.

7.8 After the completion of the rollover, the funds from the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.

7.9 In the exceptional case where the bonus is not automatically transferred to the bonus balance, it is necessary to contact us at the e-mail address [email protected] or via Live Chat before using the deposited amount, partially or fully. Otherwise, the bonus cannot be granted again.

7.10 If the bonus balance reaches the value of 0.10 lei, in this case the bonus will be canceled.

7.11 The funds from the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus rollover is completed. If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus rollover conditions are met, the funds from the bonus balance will be canceled.

7.12 If another bonus is activated, the active one will be cancelled, and only the value of the newly accepted one will be found in the bonus balance.

7.13 If the bonus has been cancelled or expired, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

7.14 Using the bonus for the purpose of facilitating the fulfillment of the turnover conditions will lead to the cancellation of the bonus and the winnings obtained from it.

7.15 Within the campaigns or tournaments held on the Organizer's platform, the use of any type of bonus will not contribute to the accumulation of points.

Art. 8 Terms and Conditions of Use “Free Spins”

8.1 Free Spins can be activated and used within a maximum of 24 hours from the granting.

8.2 They are valid exclusively in the game for which they were granted, having a fixed value of 1 leu per spin, established upon granting and which cannot be modified later.

8.3 In order for any winnings to be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance, the x40 rollover must be completed within a maximum of 48 hours from the activation. Otherwise, the winnings generated from using the bonus will be canceled.

8.4 When rolling over, the amount from the real balance is initially used, and then the amount from the bonus balance.

8.5 The minimum stake taken into account when making the turnover is 0.10 lei, and the maximum is 5 lei.

8.6 The maximum amount that will be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after the completion of the rollover is a maximum of x1 the value won from using Free Spins. Winnings obtained in excess of this amount will be canceled upon completion of the rollover.

8.7 Bets placed in the “Live Casino”, “Quick Games” sections, all games from the Skywind provider, certain games in the Casino section (according to the full list available AICI), as well as game rounds not completed until the completion of the rollover, will not contribute to loading the progress bar.

8.8 After the completion of the rollover, the funds from the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.

Art. 9 Other clauses

9.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players participating in this campaign by creating multiple, self-excluded or blocked accounts and proceeding to close them. If such accounts are identified, the Organizer will cancel the accumulated points and the bonus without prior notice.

9.2 Employees of Favbet Online Company, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses, first-degree relatives, are not entitled to participate in this Campaign.

9.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for a player, a group or for all players, without prior explanation or notification, if it is used in a manner that contravenes the Organizer's Rules.

9.4 The Campaign complies with the Favbet Regulations and Terms and Conditions.

9.5 The Campaign can be combined with other campaigns available on the Organizer's platform, provided that the use of bonuses obtained as a result of participation is respected.

9.6 The Campaign is limited to a single use for each account / address / IP, etc.

10.1 The Campaign Regulations are available on the organizer's platform Favbet.ro.

10.2 Participation in this Campaign implies the obligation to comply with all the provisions of these Regulations.

Art. 11 Final Provisions

11.4 If a player is found to have violated the Regulations, he/she will be excluded from the Campaign.

11.5 The Organizer assumes no liability in the following cases (without limitation):

• postponement of the Campaign and errors that occur during it.
• connection errors or other technical problems (desktop, mobile, tablet and internet) of the players.
• for receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact details and/or other information, which is necessary for the Campaign.
