1. Article 1. Organizer of the Campaign
2. 1.1 The organizer is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered at the Trade Registry Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under registration number J40/14188/2015 dated 18.11.2015, VAT number 35246629, License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.
3. 1.2 The campaign is carried out in accordance with this Regulation. Participants in the promotional campaign must be aware of and comply with the clauses of this Regulation.
4. Article 2. Venue of the Campaign
5. 2.1 The campaign takes place exclusively on the Organizer's Platform, Favbet.ro.
6. Article 3. Duration of the Campaign
7. 3.1 The duration of the campaign is from 26.05.2024 until 09.06.2024 at 23:59.
8. Article 4. Mechanism of Campaign Implementation
9. 4.1 The campaign is exclusively aimed at players who hold an active account on the Organizer's platform and have completed the account verification procedure.
10. 4.2 To participate in this campaign, registration is required by pressing the "Participate" button, available on the promotion page.
11. 4.3 The mechanism of the tournament-type campaign consists of accumulating points and occupying a place in the ranking, hereinafter referred to as the "Results" table.
12. 4.4 The points accumulated in this campaign will be found in the ranking, hereinafter referred to as the "Results" table.
13. 4.5 The "Results" table will indicate, after registration in the campaign, the account number (ID) of each player, the position occupied in the ranking, and the number of accumulated points.
14. 4.6 The accumulated points will be displayed in the "Results" table, available on the promotion page. It will be updated after the validation of bets.
15. 4.7 The accumulated points are individual points. They cannot be combined with the points of other participants and cannot be transferred to other participants.
16. 4.8 In the event that multiple players achieve the same number of points, the one who first obtained the score will occupy a higher position in the ranking.
17. 4.9 After the end of the campaign, bonuses will be awarded in the form of PWB Bonus, which will be granted based on the position occupied in the final ranking.
18. 4.10 Only bets placed during the promotional period (26.05.2024 – 09.06.2024) by players registered in this campaign, by pressing the "Participate" button on the page dedicated to the promotion, will be taken into account.
19. Article 5. Terms and Conditions of Participation
20. 5.1 For every 50 lei wagered in the "Sports & Live" sections, 1 point will be obtained.
21. 5.2 Betting tickets of the Pre-match, Live, and Mixed types, which include only events of the Grand Slam tournament Roland Garros, placed in the Sports & Live sections, with a minimum stake of 50 lei, are accepted.
22. 5.3 Only validated Single type tickets with a minimum odds of 1.70 and Multiple type tickets, which include at least 3 events with a total minimum odds of 3.5, are considered.
23. 5.4 Tickets that receive odds of 1.00 for various reasons, tickets that have used the Cash Out option, tickets used as Risk-Free Bets obtained from other promotions/campaigns, as well as System type tickets, are not considered.
24. 5.5 Only bets placed by players enrolled in this campaign, by pressing the "Participate" button on the promotions page, will be considered.
25. 5.6 Bets placed in the "Casino," "Live Casino," "Virtual Sports," or "Lottery" sections will not be considered.
26. Article 6. Description and Awarding of Bonuses
27. 6.1 By participating in this campaign and accumulating points according to the terms and conditions of participation mentioned above, depending on the position in the final ranking, 5 bonuses will be awarded in the form of PWB Bonus, as follows:

    * IMPORTANT! In order to receive the bonuses, each player must accumulate a minimum of 5 points throughout the entire campaign period.
29. 6.2 Bonuses will be granted within 48 hours from the end of the campaign to those who have accumulated a minimum of 5 points throughout the entire campaign period.
30. 6.3 If one or more players have not accumulated the minimum number of points, the Organizer will not award the bonuses, but will cancel them.
31. 6.4 If at the end of the campaign not all available positions in the final ranking have been filled, the Organizer will not award the bonuses, but will cancel them.
32. 6.5 If a player is unable to receive the bonus (for example: due to account blocking, self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not award the bonus, but will cancel it.
33. 6.6 In order to receive the bonuses, all players must have completed the account verification stage (KYC). If this stage is not completed in its entirety, the Organizer will not award the bonuses, but will cancel them.
34. 6.7 After being granted, the bonus will be found in the "My Account" → "Bonuses" section.
35. Article 7. Terms and Conditions of Use for "PWB Bonus Sport & Live"
36. 7.1 To fulfill the wagering requirement for this type of bonus, the amount from the real balance will be initially used, then the bonus balance.
37. 7.2 If the available funds in the real balance do not cover the entire stake intended to be placed on the bet, then the difference will be taken from the bonus balance. For example, a total bet worth 100 lei, and there are available funds of 80 lei in the real balance; the difference up to 100 will be deducted from the bonus balance. Thus, the bet of 100 lei will be split into 2 bets. The same rule applies to winnings.
38. 7.3 From the moment the bonus is granted, it must be accepted within a maximum of 5 days. Otherwise, it will expire.
39. 7.4 In order for the bonus balance to be transferred to the real balance, a rollover of x1 must be completed, exclusively in the "Sport & Live" sections within a maximum of 7 days from activation. Otherwise, winnings generated from using the bonus will be canceled.
40. 7.5 Both the real balance and the bonus balance can be used to fulfill the wagering requirement.
41. 7.6 Only Single or/and Multiple type validated tickets will be considered for calculating the rollover, regardless of their outcome.
42. 7.7 The minimum odds of each placed event must be 1.60.
43. 7.8 Bets placed and validated after the expiration of the maximum rollover completion term will not contribute to or be considered for its calculation.
44. 7.9 Tickets that receive odds of 1.00 for various reasons, tickets that have used the Cash Out option, tickets used as Risk-Free Bets obtained from other promotions/campaigns, ante-post bets, as well as System type tickets, are not considered.
45. 7.10 Bets placed in the "Lottery," "Casino," "Live Casino," "Virtual Sports," "Fast Games" sections will not contribute to the loading of the progress bar.
46. 7.11 In exceptional cases where the bonus is not automatically transferred to the bonus balance, it is necessary to contact us at the email address [email protected] or via Live Chat before using the deposited amount, partially or entirely. Otherwise, the bonus cannot be granted again.
47. 7.12 The maximum amount to be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after completing the rollover is up to x2 the bonus amount. Any winnings obtained above this amount will be canceled upon rollover completion or withdrawal request.
48. 7.13 Once the last bonus bet is settled and the progress bar is complete, the funds from the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.
49. 7.14 If the rollover is not completed and both the real balance and the bonus balance have been used in their entirety, any subsequent deposit will not affect the potential winnings. It will remain at 0.00 lei.
50. 7.15 Funds from the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering conditions are met. If a withdrawal is requested before fulfilling the bonus rollover conditions, funds from the bonus balance will be canceled.
51. 7.16 If another PWB bonus is activated, the bonus balance related to the first PWB will be canceled, and only the value of the newly accepted PWB bonus will be found in the bonus balance.
52. 7.17 If the bonus is canceled or expired, the value of the bonus and any associated winnings will be canceled.
53. 7.18 Within campaigns/tournaments held on the Organizer's platform, the use of a PWB bonus will not contribute to point accumulation.
54. Article 8. Other Clauses
55. 8.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players participating in this campaign with multiple accounts, self-excluded, or blocked.
56. 8.2 Employees of Favbet Online Company, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses, first-degree relatives, are not entitled to participate in this Campaign.
57. 8.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for a player, a group, or for all players, without prior explanations or notifications, if it is used in a manner contrary to the Organizer's Rules.
58. 8.4 The Campaign complies with Favbet's Regulations and Terms and Conditions.
59. 8.5 Players participating in this campaign may also participate in other promotions/campaigns/bonuses available on the Organizer's platform.
60. 8.6 The Campaign is limited to one use per account/address/IP, etc.
61. Article 9. Participant Information
62. 9.1 The Campaign Regulation is available on the Organizer's Platform Favbet.ro.
63. 9.2 Participation in this Campaign implies the obligation to comply with all provisions of this Regulation.

66. Article 10. Final Provisions
67. 10.1 Participation in this Campaign represents the player's full agreement to comply with this Regulation.
68. 10.2 Participation in the Campaign is prohibited for persons under 18 years of age.
69. 10.3 This Regulation may be amended and/or updated during the Campaign or at any other time without prior notice to the players. They are obliged to check the Campaign Terms and Conditions.
70. 10.4 If it is found that a player has violated the Regulation, he/she will be excluded from the Campaign.
71. 10.5 The Organizer assumes no responsibility in the following cases (without limitation):
    • the postponement of the Campaign and errors that occur during it;
    • connection errors or other technical problems (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet, and internet) of the players;
    • for receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact details and/or other necessary information for the Campaign.
72. * This regulation has been drafted in Romanian and translated into an international language. Regarding the interpretation of this regulation, the Romanian version shall prevail.
