1. Art. 1 Organizer of the Campaign

   1.1 The organizer is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under number J2015014188408, CUI 35246629, and License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.

   1.2 The local tournament campaign is conducted in accordance with this Regulation. Participants in the local tournament must be aware of and comply with the provisions of this Regulation.

    

   Art. 2 Location of the Campaign

   2.1 The campaign takes place exclusively on the organizer's platform, Favbet.ro.

    

   Art. 3 Campaign Duration

   3.1 The campaign period runs from 01.08.2026, 12:00 until 31.08.2026, 11:30.

    

   Art. 4 Campaign Mechanism

   4.1 The campaign is exclusively addressed to players who hold an active account on the Organizer’s platform and have completed the game account verification procedure.

   4.2 To participate in the campaign, daily registration is required by clicking the “Participate” button available on the promotional page dedicated to the campaign.

   4.3 The campaign runs daily, and is structured into promotional days, each promotional day lasting 23 hours and 30 minutes, from 12:00 of the current day until 11:30 of the following day.

   - For example, the first promotional day starts on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 12:00 and will end on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at 11:30. The next promotional day will start on Sunday, August 2, 2026, at 12:00 and will end on Monday, August 3, 2026, at 11:30. This structure continues until the last promotional day of the campaign, which is August 30, 2026, at 12:00 and will end on August 31, 2026, at 11:30.

   4.4 The campaign mechanism consists of accumulating points and securing a position in the final ranking of the promotional day.

   4.5 To accumulate points, players must place bets exclusively on the participating games of the current promotional day, as specified by the Organizer on the campaign’s promotional page under the “Participating Games” section.

   4.6 Only bets placed on the participating games of the current day by players who have registered by clicking the “Participate” button will be considered.

   4.7 The “Results” table will display, after registration, each player’s ID, ranking position, and number of accumulated points. It will be available on the tournament’s dedicated page and updated every 10 minutes.

   4.8 The accumulated points are individual and cannot be combined with the points of other participants or transferred to other participants.

   4.9 In the event of a connection loss or technical issue, all bets (spins) will be considered invalid and will not be included in the tournament ranking.

   4.10 In the event that multiple players obtain the same number of points, the player who first achieved the score will rank higher in the leaderboard.

   4.11 After the tournament ends, the top 5 players in the final ranking will receive a bonus, the value of which will be determined by the total number of accumulated points, without exceeding the maximum value corresponding to their ranking position.

    

   Art. 5 Terms and Conditions of Participation

   5.1  The minimum stake taken into account for accumulating points is 3 lei.

   5.2 Points will be awarded based on a multiplier calculated by dividing the winnings by the bet amount, the result represents the number of points earned. For example, if a participant bets 10 lei and wins 50 lei, they will earn 5 points (50 ÷ 10 = 5 points), on the condition that the winnings for that round are at least equal to or greater than the amount of the bet placed.

   5.3 Only stakes placed from the real balance will contribute to point accumulation, stakes placed from the bonus balance will not contribute to point accumulation.

   5.4 Bets placed in the „Live Casino” and „Fast Games” sections will not contribute to the accumulation of points.

    

   Art. 6 Description and Awarding of Bonuses

   6.1 By participating in this tournament and accumulating points in accordance with the terms and conditions of participation mentioned above, Free Spins bonuses will be awarded based on the position in the final ranking and the number of points accumulated.

   6.2 The points accumulated throughout the tournament will determine the value of the bonus to be awarded.

   6.3 Each position in the final ranking corresponds to a maximum value of Free Spins that can be awarded. Regardless of the number of points accumulated, the value of the bonus granted will not exceed the amount displayed for each ranking position.

   6.5 Bonuses will be awarded within a maximum of 72 hours after the end of each promotional day, based on the position in the final ranking. The final ranking refers to the top 5 positions on the leaderboard.

   6.6 If, at the end of the campaign, not all available leaderboard positions are occupied, the Organizer will not award the unclaimed bonuses; they will be canceled.

   6.7 If a player is unable to receive a bonus (e.g., due to account suspension, self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not award the bonus; it will be canceled.

   6.8 To claim the bonuses, all players must have completed the account verification (KYC) process. If this step is not fully completed, the Organizer will not award the bonuses; they will be canceled.

   6.9 Once awarded, the bonus will be available in “My Account” → “Bonuses”.

    

   Art. 7 Terms and Conditions for Using “Free Spins”

   7.1 Free Spins can be activated and used within a maximum of 24 hours from the time they are granted.

   7.2 They are valid exclusively for the game for which they were awarded, with a fixed value of 3, 2 or 1 lei per spin, established at the time of granting and not subject to later modification.

   7.3 In order for any winnings to be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance, the x10 turnover must be completed within a maximum of 48 hours from activation. Otherwise, the winnings generated from the use of the bonus will be cancelled.

   7.4 When completing the wagering requirement, the real balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.

   7.5 The minimum stake considered for wagering is 0.10 lei, and the maximum is 5 lei.

   7.6 Bets placed in the "Live Casino", "Quick Games" sections, all games from the Skywind provider, certain games in the Casino section (according to the full list available HERE), as well as game rounds not completed until the rollover is completed, will not contribute to loading the progress bar.

   7.8 After completing the wagering requirement, funds from the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.

   7.10 If the bonus balance reaches 0.10 lei, the bonus will be canceled.

   7.11 Funds obtained from using Free Spins cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully completed. If a withdrawal is requested before meeting the wagering condition, the funds will be canceled.

   7.12 If another bonus is activated, the active bonus will be canceled, and only the value of the newly accepted bonus will remain in the bonus balance.

   7.13 If the bonus has been canceled or expired, the bonus balance will be cleared.

   7.14 Using the bonus with the purpose of facilitating the completion of the wagering requirements will lead to the cancellation of both the bonus and any winnings obtained from it.

   7.15 In campaigns or tournaments organized on the Organizer’s platform, using any type of bonus will not contribute to the accumulation of points.

    

   Art. 10 Other Clauses

   10.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players participating in this campaign by creating multiple, self-excluded or blocked accounts and proceeding to their closure. If such accounts are identified, the Organizer will cancel the accumulated points and the awarding of the bonus without prior notice.

   10.2 Employees of Favbet Online, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses and first-degree relatives are not allowed to participate in this campaign.

   10.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the campaign for a player, a group of players, or all players, without explanations or prior notice, if it is used in a manner that violates the Organizer’s Rules.

   10.4 The campaign complies with the Regulations and Terms and Conditions of Favbet.

   10.5 The campaign can be combined with other campaigns available on the Organizer’s platform, provided the bonus usage from participation complies with the rules.

   10.6 The campaign is limited to one use per account/address/IP, etc.

    

   Art. 11 Informing Participants

   11.1 The Campaign Regulation is available on the Organizer’s platform, Favbet.ro.

   11.2 Participation in this campaign implies the mandatory compliance with all provisions of this Regulation.

   Art. 12 Final Provisions

   12.1 Participation in this campaign represents the player’s full agreement to comply with this Regulation.

   12.2 Participation in the campaign is prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age.

   12.3 This Regulation may be modified and/or updated during the campaign or at any time without prior notice to the players. Players are responsible for checking the terms and conditions of the campaign.

   12.4 If it is found that a player has violated the Regulation, they will be excluded from the campaign.

   12.5 The Organizer assumes no liability in the following cases (without limitation):

   ·  delay of the campaign and errors occurring during it.

   ·  connection errors or other technical issues (desktop, mobile, tablet, and internet) faced by the players.

   ·  receipt of incomplete and/or incorrect contact data and/or other information necessary for the campaign.

    

   * This regulation has been drafted in Romanian and translated into an international language. Regarding the interpretation of this regulation, the Romanian version shall prevail.
