The organizer is FAVBET ONLINE SRL, a commercial company based in Bucharest, Sector 1, Calea Grivitei, no. 136, Building C, floor 2, office 6, registered at the Trade Registry Office next to the Bucharest Court under number J40/14188/2015 of 18.11.2015, CUI 35246629 (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer" and/or "FavBet") . Within this website (platform), on all subdomains, within downloadable programs and mobile applications and in all documents, FavBet ("Organizer") means FAVBET ONLINE SRL
CLARIFICATION
The Regulation for remote fixed-odds betting (online) and remote casino (online), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation, establishes the conditions for the preparation and performance of fixed-odds bets (hereinafter referred to as Bets) and casino-type games (hereinafter referred to as Slots and Table Games), organized by FavBet. The provisions included in this document constitute the contractual and legal framework for the conclusion of a Contract between the Organizer and the Client (hereinafter referred to as "Player").
These Regulations enter into force starting from the date of approval by the National Office for Games of Chance and will govern all bets accepted by the Organizer. Also, FavBet reserves the right to modify these rules, but only after obtaining the approval of the National Gaming Office. In this sense, any change will be brought to the attention of the players through posts on the official website of the Organizer.
The player has the obligation to read and understand the provisions below. By continuing to use the Organizer's official website, Players confirm that they have read and fully understood both the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Game Rules, and agree to abide by them. If they do not agree with the Terms and Conditions of Use, creating a player account on the FavBet platform becomes impossible. Through these Regulations it is important that the Players understand and accept that the Organizer does not offer the Players legal advice or confirmation and that it is the exclusive responsibility of the Players to ensure that they comply at all times with the laws to which they are subject. The participation of minors in gambling is prohibited, and in the event that a deviation from this rule is detected, the Organizer reserves the right to permanently close the game account and even to alert the legal authorities to take measures.

The organizer is not responsible for the situations generated by the erroneous interpretation or ignorance by the Players of the provisions contained in these Regulations or of the specific rules for the development of the events on which they have placed bets.
The provisions of this Regulation are supplemented by those of the legislation in force. Also, the Organizer reserves the right to complete or modify the rules of participation in the betting activity without prior notice to the Players. By using the Organizer's platform and placing bets on the sports events on offer, the Player declares on his own responsibility that he does not know the outcome of the sports events he is betting on, that he has full capacity to dispose of the funds used in placing the bets and that he has read, understood and is fully agree with both the provisions of this Regulation and the Terms and Conditions governing the Organizer's platform.
The following Betting Rules relating to FavBet bets (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) govern the manner of accepting bets, paying winnings and resolving disputes, as well as the specific characteristics of certain bets for certain sports.
1.1. BET
It is a risk-based agreement for potential winnings concluded between the Player and the Organizer in accordance with the established rules. The fulfillment of such an agreement is conditioned by one or more events whose outcome is to be determined. Bets are accepted under the conditions offered by the Organizer.
1.2. PROGNOSIS
It is the prediction (result) of the event/events on which bets have been placed.
1.3. QOTA
QOTA means a numerical value that the Organizer assigns to a prediction of the sporting/social/political event, etc. This is multiplied by the Player's stake, thus obtaining the value of the potential win
1.4. Stake
It represents monetary means transferred to the Organizer by the Player as payment for participating in the game of chance. Additionally, it is a sum of money that forms the basic factor for calculating the potential winning value.
1.5. Prize (Winnings)
In the form of monetary means, other goods, or property rights, awarded to the Player as a result of the winnings obtained in the game of chance.
1.6. Player
It is an adult individual aged at least 18 years old, who is unaware of the outcome of the events on which they bet and has full capacity to dispose of the monetary means used for placing bets. Thus, the Player agrees with both the provisions of this Regulation and the Terms and Conditions and can prove their identity and age by presenting a valid identification document.
1.7. Cancellation of bets
This is a bet that, for objective reasons and in accordance with the provisions of the Game Regulations, receives odds of 1, subsequent to the unfolding of the event or events on which it was placed. For bets with one or more selections on the ticket, the final winnings will be calculated by considering the odds of 1 for the declared void selection(s).
This is an action by which the bet is not settled, and the winnings are not paid out. In this case, according to this Regulation, the bet will be considered inconclusive, and the stake will be refunded.
Bets placed on the Organizer's online platform cannot be canceled by the Player.
1.8. Regulation time
It represents the duration of the match subject to the regulations of the respective sport, including any additional time indicated by the referee. Extra time, penalty shootouts, etc., are not taken into account.
1.9. Single bet
It represents the bet placed by the Player by selecting and entering a single event on the ticket. The winning condition for this type of bet is correctly predicting the outcome. The amount won is calculated by multiplying the ODDS by the STAKE.
This bet will be accepted only if the event in question has no betting restrictions (e.g., a match from the national football championship of Moldova can only be accepted together, on the same ticket, with 5 (five) other events, regardless of their nature, even if they are from the same championship).
Betting restrictions will be displayed in the offer and will be instituted by the Organizer based solely on the risk level of events in certain competitions.
1.10. Multiple bet
It involves selecting multiple events and entering them on the same ticket. In this case, the final odds are calculated by multiplying the individual odds of each event.
The winning condition for this type of bet is correctly predicting the outcome of each event, and the winning amount is calculated by multiplying the final odds (the product of the odds of each event) by the placed stake. The maximum number of events allowed on a ticket is 30.
1.11. System bet
It involves selecting multiple events from the offer (minimum 3, maximum 15), for which the player chooses the minimum number of predictions that must be correctly indicated for the ticket to be declared a winner. The number of combinations is determined mathematically by the formula "n choose k".
Example:
A player bets on 5 matches and chooses to play a SYSTEM 4/5 ticket. According to the combination formula "n choose k," they have bet on 5 combinations. Assuming the five matches have odds c1, c2, c3, c4, c5, and the stake placed on the ticket is 5 RON, it means that the player has bet 5 RON / 5 variants = 1 RON (stake per combination). Thus, the 5 variants will be:
If the player correctly predicts all outcomes and there are no odds of 1, then they will achieve the maximum potential winnings: Win 1 + Win 2 + Win 3 + Win 4 + Win 5. If they lose one match, they will win 4 (k) / 4 (number of correctly predicted outcomes) = 1 winning combination. If they lose 2 matches, the ticket will be a loser.
In general, the NUMBER OF WINNING COMBINATIONS on a ticket with "N" matches and a system of K/N is calculated as K divided by the number of matches correctly predicted by the player.
Example:
If a player chooses the system 5/9 = 126 combinations and correctly predicts 7 outcomes, then the number of winning combinations will be calculated using the formula 5/7 = 21 winning combinations..
The system bet can be placed combined with Base events.
Base : An event that must be validated as a winner. Any base non-winning will result in the loss of the ticket no matter what to the rest of the parties. The player manually selects at least 1 event which should be considered as the Base.
Example:
We have a match with 3 bases of odds 1.30 and 5 matches of odds 2, played in system 4/5. In this case, if the 3 bases and 4 of the other 5 come out games, our ticket is a winner. But if only 2 of the 3 come out bases, we will lose the ticket even if all the other 5 matches come out.
1.12. BETTING OFFER
It represents the list of events and predictions with the related odds offered to the Players by the Organizer for betting purposes. Offer of bets can include, but are not limited to: day and start time a events, event code, competitors, odds, competition name as well as any other data of interest (betting conditions/restrictions / disputing the event on a neutral ground, etc.).
1.13. MIXED BET

1.14. BETTING TICKET
The tickets placed can contain, but are not limited to: the name To the organizer, the ticket series, date and time of issue, ticket type (multiple/system/simple/mixed), competitors (abbreviations are allowed), type of the bet, the prediction chosen by the Player, the odds at that moment of each prediction, final odds (with the exception of system bets), stake, winnings maximum potential etc.
1.15. BET AND WINNING
The minimum stake accepted by the Organizer, for a single ticket, is 1 Ron.
The minimum bet accepted by the Organizer for the system bet is for each combination of 0.01 Ron.
The maximum profit on a single ticket is 200,000 Ron, even if the amount obtained by multiplying the odds by the stake would be higher.
The final quota on any type of ticket cannot exceed 50,000, even if the product of the odds of the selected events per ticket exceeds this threshold.
1.16. ACCEPTANCE OF BETS
FavBet reserves the right to limit the number of tickets placed by one player and to limit the stake accepted on a ticket/event, to avoid speculations or safe bets or any circumstance that may lead to making sure profits.

1.17. POTENTIAL GAIN
It is calculated based on the quotas validated at the time of ticket acceptance, with the exceptions provided in the Regulation. The potential gain is calculated by multiplying the odds of the events on the ticket with the bet placed by the Player. The potential gain for system type tickets will be calculated according to the formula mentioned in point 1.11 Betting system.
In the case of winnings with a value of over 30,000 Ron, the Organizer can orders that the payment be made at the registered office, including within some public events, with an advertising character.
The organizer has the right to suspend by decision the payment of winnings if there are suspicions of fraud or any other irregularities in the connection with the game tickets, with the betting mechanism or if the events which he bet is in the research of the Romanian authorities or foreign.
The payment of the winnings is made in compliance with the term provided by the paragraph 2, art. 8 of the EMERGENCY ORDINANCE No. 77 of June 24, 2009 regarding organization and operation of gambling.
According to the provisions of GEO 77/2009 regarding organization and exploitation games of chance, the percentage of winnings from the total receipts will be minimum 60%. If this limit is exceeded, the Organizer will obliges to cover the difference either in the form of prizes within some promotional activities, either by drawing lots of tickets non-winning, action carried out annually and announced in advance.
The maximum possible win on a single ticket or on a series of identical tickets for PRE-MATCH BETTING and/or LIVE BETTING is 200,000 Ron, even if the amount obtained by multiplying the odds with the stake would be higher.
According to the provisions of Law no. 571/2003, amended and republished, regarding the Fiscal Code, respectively art. 110 and the following of the Fiscal Code, we bring to your attention the following:

1.19. METHOD OF BETTING
The forecast symbols generally have the following meaning:

1.19.4. HANDICAP BETTING
For placing on the victory of the team/player/player with handicap in the result of certain competitions is decided as follows:

1.19.11. BETTING ON TIME INTERVALS

1.19.12. ERROR

2.5. INACTIVE GAME ACCOUNTS
"Inactive Account" means a Game Account in which no Game Account has been registered connection and/or disconnection in a period longer than 12 months consecutive.
The organizer reserves the right to close the inactive account immediately.
All Players whose Game Accounts remain inactive for 11 months will be notified by email, to the email address communicated on the date registration. Players can reactivate their game accounts by login/logout before the expiry of the 30-day period from the date the email was received.
The organizer will transfer the money from the game account to the payment account of the player after which he will close the inactive Game Account. 2.6. CLOSURE OF A GAME ACCOUNT

In the event that a Player's FavBet account has been closed due to dependency on gambling or fraud, it will be prohibited to register a new game account on the FavBet platform and the reopening of the associated account will not be allowed. In the case of one draw match in MMA matches, all bets on the winner of the match will be canceled (rate 1).

Bets available but not limited to:
1. By result (win, draw, loss – 1X2, double chance – 1X, 12, X2) and handicap bets.
2. On the total number of moves in a game ("Total"). If the total number of moves is equal to the total of the designated bet, all bets will be canceled (odds 1). The total number of moves in a game is determined by the number of moves made by whites.
3. If one of the participants withdraws or is disqualified before the start a match, all bets on this match will be void (odds 1) and excluded from betting multiple and system.
10.15. Cricket
1. All bets are settled based on the official results displayed by the organizer of the competition/tournament/match.
2. If a match is interrupted before the end of regulation time in various reasons and is not resumed within 25 hours, all bets on results which have not been decided by the time the game is stopped, they will be canceled (rate 1). All the bets that were decided until the moment the game was stopped remain valid.
In terms of Live betting, if a match is interrupted, only the bets decided until the moment the match is stopped are validated, and the undecided bets will be declared null (rate 1).
3. If a match is interrupted/postponed for more than 25 hours, then all bets placed on this match are void (odds 1). Otherwise, bets remain valid.
4. In the event of a change of venue, bets that have already been placed on this match will be valid, provided the home team is still designated as the host team of the match.
There are many types of cricket matches but not limited to:
The One Day International (Twenty20 - quick match) is a match which, on average, it lasts three and a half hours;

2. Bets on matches that are postponed or rescheduled for any reason reason (eg melting ice, electrical or schedule problems of play etc.) will remain valid until the end of the tournament.
10.17. Cycling
1. Only the displayed results are taken into account for betting validation on the official websites of the competition. The results of the races/stages that either have were canceled or rescheduled to a later date due to protests, doping investigations, etc., are not considered to be a reason for re-analysis of bets decided.

10.20. Field hockey

It must be indicated if the difference in goals scored by the "Home" teams (Home)" and "Away (Away)" will be higher or lower than the handicap displayed in the offer. The penalty kicks/penalties are taken from the penalty spot (which is 11 meters from the gate).
Bet types available on Penalty Kicks, but not limited to:
1) Qualification for next round/Tournament winner (Team 1/Team 2)
2) Total number of penalty kicks (over/under). It must be indicated if the total number of penalty kicks taken will be Over or Under the total offered by the Organizer in the betting offer.
3) Result of the last penalty kick (Scored/Missed) – Must it is indicated whether the last penalty kick was scored or missed.
4) Last penalty kick (Team 1/Team 2) – Must be indicated who will have the last penalty kick.
5) Number of penalty kicks (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12 +) – Must to indicate the exact number of shots to be executed.

10.22. Futsal
Winner of the tournament: It must be indicated which team will win the tournament.
1X2 : The result must be indicated at the end of regular game time without any overtime and penalty kicks. This type of bet can also be applied for the First half or the second half.

10.23. Golf
1. "Tournament Winner": The golfer who takes first place in a tournament is considered the winner.

Bets will stand for the frames in which the results were decided at the moment the game was stopped and will be validated according to the result. All other undecided bets will be void (odds 1).
"Next Frame" Winner Bets - If a frame is not completed, then bets on that frame will be declared void (odds 1).
2. Handicap and totals are calculated in frames, unless otherwise specified in the offer.
10.32. Table tennis
1. If a match is canceled (not started) due to the loss/disqualification of a player or for any other reason, all bets on this match will be void.
2. If a match is rescheduled or postponed for any reason, all bets they remain valid until the match is played, but not more than 25 hours after the originally scheduled start time.
3. If a declared participant in the match is replaced by another player before start of the match, all bets placed on this match will be canceled (odds 1).

5.3 If a player is disqualified or withdraws, bets placed before the match (pre-match):

10.34. Volleyball

13.1 Types of errors:
Data entry errors: if a quota, a team/ participant, etc. is displayed incorrectly, then the Organizer reserves it the right to rate 1 (to cancel) the event on all tickets what that event contains.
