Chapter I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. Introduction
  2. -The present Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as T&C) govern the activity of online gambling conducted on the gambling platform through the website www.favbet.ro, applications, or subdomains owned and used by the Organizer for this purpose.

    -The Organizer kindly requests players to read and understand the provisions below. By continuing to use the official website of the Organizer, players confirm that they have read and fully understood the Terms and Conditions of use and agree to comply with them. In the event that they do not agree with the Terms and Conditions of use, creating a player account on the FavBet platform becomes impossible.

    -The T&C constitute a contract concluded between the Player and the Organizer. The player cannot use the services before having read these T&C, confirming agreement by registering a gaming account.

    -The gambling organizer reserves the right to modify these T&C. Any modification of the T&C becomes effective after prior approval from the regulatory authority, and the new version is brought to the attention of the players by publication on the website www.favbet.ro. If the player does not agree with the modification of the T&C, they are obliged to immediately cease accessing any section of the website or using the services. Any use of the services after the modification of the T&C implies unconditional acceptance by the player.

  3. Organizer

    2.1. The operator of online gambling and the administrator of the website www.Favbet.ro is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 1, Calea Grivței, no. 136, Corp C, floor 2, office 6, registered with the Trade Registry Office near the Bucharest Tribunal under the number J40/14188/2015 from 18.11.2015, CUI 35246629 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Organizer' and/or 'FavBet').

    2.2. The gambling activities are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Emergency Ordinance 77/2009 regarding the organization and functioning of gambling and the methodological norms for the implementation of Emergency Ordinance 77/2009 regarding the organization and functioning of gambling, as adopted by Government Decision 111/2016. This is done under a license for organization and the authorization to operate online gambling, granted by the National Office for Gambling in Romania.


  4. Player

    3.1. The player is responsible for ensuring the ongoing compliance with the laws governing their own activity and ensuring that the use of the services is permitted by law.   5. Definitions

    • „Organizer” means a legal entity licensed to organize and operate gambling in accordance with the law" in English.

    • „Competent Authorities” are the authorities in Romania.
    • „Applicable Law” is the Romanian law.
    • „Place of the Contract” is România.
    • „Regulatory Authority” it is the National Office for Gambling (onjn.gov.ro), which is a regulatory authority established by Romanian law to regulate all forms of gambling in Romania" in English.
    • „The site” means the internet portal accessible through the web address www.Favbet.ro where all current and relevant information about FAVBET operations is published and through which services are provided to account holders" in English.
    • „The servicies” means any offers of remote gambling that FAVBET makes available to the Player through the platform" in English.
    • „The platform” means the totality of software and hardware systems that generally provide the infrastructure and allow interactions between providers and users for the online provision of goods, services, digital commerce, and information" in English.
    • „Payment Solutions Provider” is an intermediary that acts as a payment agent for multiple different payment methods" in English.
    • „Force majeure” means any event or situation beyond the reasonable control of a person that results in the delayed or non-performance of the contractual obligations of the affected party, and, for the purposes of the FavBet Online rules, includes acts of God, government restrictions (including the refusal or cancellation of any necessary license, if the refusal or cancellation occurs without any fault of the affected party), wars, outbreak of hostilities, riots, civil disturbances, insurrections, acts of terrorism, fires, explosions, floods, theft, deliberate damage, strikes, lockouts, and/or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the party whose performance is affected." in English.
    • „Prize/Winnings” represents monetary means, other goods, or property rights awarded to the Player as a result of winning in the gambling game" in English.
    • „Inactive account” means a FAVBET account that has not recorded any login and/or logout for a period longer than 12 consecutive months" in English.

Chapter II. FAVBET ACCOUNT

2. Create ACCOUNT

-To create an account on the Organizer's platform, the Player must register as a user. To register, the Player must correctly and fully complete all necessary fields of the respective application in the established application form. 2.1. Verification procedure

The player can make deposits up to the equivalent in Lei of 200 Euro without sending the necessary documents for identity confirmation (ID/ID card/Passport).

    Second verification stage

    • After the first deposit into the FavBet account, the player is obligated to submit for verification the details of the bank card used for the deposit or other deposit methods.
    • The player can make withdrawal transactions only after completing the two (2) verification stages" in English.
    • If within 30 calendar days from the first deposit, the player does not provide the necessary documents for identity confirmation (ID/ID card/Passport), the account is suspended until the required documents are provided.
    • If the player has a balance in their account, they are informed within a maximum of 5 working days from the suspension date to withdraw the balance from their account. The player has one year to withdraw their balance." in English.

    2.2. Data Update

    The player bears full responsibility for the truthfulness and correctness of his personal data and others indicated when registering on the Organizer's platform. The organizer reserves the right to request at any time confirmation of the identity, nationality and age of anyone applicant or Player.     In order to verify the identity and the registered data, the Player is obliged to send copies of the documents, such as (but not limited to):

    I. Identity card/passport/driver's license/residence permit on the territory of Romania on both sides.>

    The player bears full responsibility for the confidentiality of any account information and is obliged to take all measures to prevent the use of the personal account by third parties.

    For account security, Players are advised to enter difficult passwords, consisting of letters and numbers, which does not repeat the Login (username) and which does not represent a concrete word, as well as to do not publish these data, do not transmit them via electronic mail, etc. Any operations, which are confirmed by entering the account holder's login or password, are considered valid and have legal force.     In case of detection of violations of the points of the given Terms and Conditions, or of the conditions of registration, or of suspected fraud attempts on the part of the Player in relation to The Organizer for the purpose of obtaining some earnings, the Organizer reserves the right to block such accounts.     If the Player has forgotten the security question, it is necessary to send a message electronically to the e-mail address [email protected], which should include the following data/documents:

    • color copy of the identity card
    • name surname
    • residence address
    • date of birth
    • email address
    • reason for the request: Security question answer

    2.5. INACTIVE GAME ACCOUNTS

    • “Inactive Account” means a Game Account in which no Game Account has been registered connection and/or disconnection in a period longer than 12 consecutive months.

    2.6. CLOSURE OF A GAME ACCOUNT

      5. the requested information or documents are not provided to the Player;
      6. we have reason to believe that these Terms & Conditions and the FavBet Regulations have been violated.

  • The organizer may decide to suspend or close the game account if there are indications that in the activity carried out, the Player violated the statements and guarantees provided, violated any of the applicable regulatory provisions or legal provisions.   • Chapter III. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWALS

    3.1. General Information

    • The organizer reserves the right to suspend the payment of winnings, as well as to close the Player's account in case of violation of the Official Rules of the Organizer, only in the following cases:

      1. Registration of a person under 18 years of age;
      2. Falsification of documents required for verification;
      3. Discrepancy between the data in the presented documents and the data in the Player's account;
      4. Repeated registration of the same Player;
      5. If the documents provided for identity verification are publicly accessible on the Internet;
      6. Using the bank card or other means of payment that do not belong to the holder account, as well as using the same payment account or bank card on several accounts;
      7. In other cases of fraudulent activity.

    • Have you ever lied to keep from revealing the actual amounts you spend on gambling activities?

    11.4. Account financial limits

    If Players wish to set limits on their online activity, it is necessary to access the RESPONSIBLE BETTING section available in the Main Menu of the platform favbet.ro.

    Players can set maximum limits for the following transactions:

    • SUBMISSION
    • Loss
    • Stake per bet
    • Duration of activity on the platform

    Maximum limits (Deposit, Loss) can be set for a certain period (day/week/month).

    When setting a limit, it is activated with immediate effect. After that, any increase of a limit will come into operation after 48 hours from the moment of the new election - any decrease of a limit will take effect instantly.

    The time taken into account for deposit/loss is the range of day, week, month, previous until the current day, as long as the limitation is set.

    Example: If the Player set a certain limit on September 15, then the calculation of deposits are considered from August 15 to September 15. If he tries to file on the 16th September, then the calculation of the deposited amounts taken into account are those in the range August 16 - September 16. This calculation lasts as long as the Player has set the duration of the limitation.

    11.5. Self-exclusion of the Player for a specified period of time or definitive

    Chapter XII FINAL PROVISIONS

    - Favbet has the right to update or modify the provisions of the Terms and Conditions and/or the Game Rules at any time, according to your own strategy. The change will be applicable after prior approval by the competent authority, the National Office for Gambling in Romania and will be available to Customers from the date of publication of this change on its own website. The Player's continued use of the Services, after the publication of the changes will be equivalent to the unconditional acceptance of the new content of the Terms and Conditions as well as the Game Regulations.

    - If, for any reason, the competent authority or a judicial body will finds that some of the clauses included in the Terms and Conditions applicable in the activity Favbet are void and will be abolished, the penalty will not affect the other provisions, which will continue to produce the effects permitted by law.

    -Any legal action or litigation arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the Conditions are resolved in accordance with the law applicable at the place of the contract (Romania).

    - The player is asked to inform the Organizer as soon as he becomes aware of errors in this regard account or any calculations relating to its activities or any currency conversion. In the case of one such errors or any system damage or game error (a deviation from normal game logic for whatever reason) leading to errors in the calculation odds, fees, commissions, paid hands, bonuses or payouts or any conversions currency, as applicable ("Error").     3. failure of any reception equipment or communications circuit;
    4. data loss;
    5. damage caused by a virus, a calculation error or a technical fault;
    6. damage to player material, including hardware and software products;
    7. malfunctions that prevent or limit participation in a game or malfunction which results in the failure of the account holder's system, including the products hardware and software.

    - Players do not have the right and will not be able to authorize or allow third parties, such as services or records of events to be altered, adapted, varied, recorded, stored, copied, edited, manipulated, reproduced, transmitted or communicated further, without prior written notice from Favbet.

    - According to Chapter 3.1, Paragraph 6 of the Terms and Conditions, the Organizer is not responsible for any delays in payments made by the Payment Processor.

    - If team/player names or categories are displayed incorrectly, we reserve the right to award ODDS 1 to the bet, except for minor display errors (Ex. Halp instead of Halep) and cases where the subject of the bet is not affected and the participants or teams can be identified without problems despite the error(s).

    - The organizer reserves the right to block/suspend/limit the player's access to the account or gaming when there is inappropriate behavior in the relationship with Favbet (multiple accounts, wrongly indicated data, abuse of bonus granting errors, licentious behavior and language, etc.)
