Art. 1. Campaign Organizer

1.1 Organizer FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register Office at the Bucharest Court under number J2015014188408, CUI 35246629, License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.

1.2 The Campaign is carried out in accordance with these Regulations. Participants in the Promotional Campaign must be aware of and comply with the provisions of these Regulations.

Art.2 Place of the Campaign

2.1 The Campaign is carried out exclusively on the Favbet.ro Organizer Platform.

Art. 3 Campaign Period

3.1 The Campaign Period is from 15.06.2026 to 31.12.2026 at 23:59.

Art. 4 Campaign Mechanism

4.1 The Campaign is addressed exclusively to players who have an active account on the Organizer's platform and have completed the game account verification procedure.

4.2 The campaign mechanism consists of granting a PWB bonus worth 2% of the total deposits made during the period established by the Organizer.

4.3 The bonus will be granted every Monday for deposits totaling at least 1,000 lei, made during the period Monday, 00:00 - Sunday, 23:59 of the previous week.

4.4 Only deposits whose status is marked "complete" will be taken into account. Incomplete, canceled or pending deposits will not be valid and will not be eligible for the bonus.

Art. 5 Description and awarding of bonuses

5.1 PWB bonuses, in the amount of 2% of the total deposits made in the previous week, will be awarded every Monday, but no later than 48 hours after the end of the calculation period.

5.2 If a player cannot receive the bonus (example: as a result of the game account being blocked, as a result of self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not award the bonus, but will cancel it.

5.3 In order to receive the bonus, all players must have completed the account verification stage (KYC). If this stage is not completed in full, the Organizer will not award the bonuses, but will cancel them.

5.4 After awarding, the bonus will be found in the "My Account" → "Bonuses" section.

Art. 6 Terms and Conditions of Use “Bonus Casino”

6.1 In order to start fulfilling the wagering requirements, the bonus activation must be completed within a maximum of 24 hours from the date of grant.

6.2 When rolling over, the amount from the real balance is used initially, and then from the bonus balance.

6.3 In the event that the funds available from the real balance do not fully cover the stake of a bet, then the difference will be filled from the bonus balance. In the event of a win, the amount won will be distributed proportionally to the amounts used to place the bet.

6.4 In order for the bonus balance to be transferred to the real balance, the bonus must be rolled over x30 within a maximum of 72 hours from activation. Otherwise, the winnings generated from using the bonus will be canceled.

6.5 The maximum stake taken into account when calculating the rollover is 50 lei, any stake above this amount will not be taken into account.

6.6 Bets placed in the “Live Casino”, “Quick Games” sections, all games from the Skywind provider, certain games in the Casino section (according to the complete list available AICI), as well as game rounds not completed until the rollover is completed, will not contribute to loading the progress bar.

6.7 The maximum amount that will be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after the completion of the rollover is a maximum of x1 the bonus amount initially granted. Winnings obtained in excess of this amount will be canceled upon completion of the rollover.

6.8 After the completion of the rollover, the funds from the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.

6.9 In an exceptional situation where the bonus is not automatically transferred to the bonus balance, it is necessary to contact us at the e-mail address [email protected] or via Live Chat before using the deposited amount, partially or fully. Otherwise, the bonus cannot be granted again.

6.10 If the bonus balance reaches the value of 0.10 lei, in this situation the bonus will be canceled.

6.11 The funds in the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements are met. If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the funds in the bonus balance will be cancelled.

6.12 If another bonus is activated, the active one will be cancelled, and only the value of the newly accepted one will be found in the bonus balance.

6.13 If the bonus has been cancelled or expired, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

6.14 Using the bonus for the purpose of facilitating the fulfillment of the wagering requirements will lead to the cancellation of the bonus and the winnings obtained from it.

6.15 Within the framework of campaigns or tournaments held on the Organizer's platform, the use of any type of bonus will not contribute to the accumulation of points.

Art. 7 Other clauses

7.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players participating in this campaign by creating multiple, self-excluded or blocked accounts and closing them. If such accounts are identified, the Organizer will cancel the bonus and FavCoins, without prior notice.

7.2 Employees of the Favbet Online Company, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses and first-degree relatives, are not entitled to participate in this Campaign.

7.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for a player, a group or for all players, without prior explanation or notice, if it is used in a manner that contravenes the Organizer's Rules.

7.4 The Campaign complies with the Favbet Regulations and Terms and Conditions.

7.5 Players participating in this campaign may also participate in other promotions / campaigns / bonuses available on the Organizer's platform.

7.6 The campaign is limited to one use per account / address / IP etc.

Art. 9 Final Provisions

9.1 Participation in this Campaign represents the player's full agreement to comply with these Regulations.

9.4 If a player is found to have violated the Regulations, he/she will be excluded from the Campaign.

9.5 The Organizer assumes no liability in the following cases (without limitation):

• - postponement of the Campaign and errors that occur during it;
• - connection errors or other technical problems (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet and Internet) of the players;
• - for receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact details and/or other information that is necessary for the Campaign.
