Art. 1. Campaign Organizer

1.1 The organizer is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under number J2015014188408, CUI 35246629, and License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.

1.2 The campaign is conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Participants in the promotional campaign must be aware of and comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Art.2 Place of the Campaign

2.1 The campaign is conducted exclusively on the Favbet.ro Organizer Platform.

Art. 3 Period of the Campaign

3.1 The period of the Campaign is from 16.10.2026 until 31.12.2026 at 23:59.

Art. 4 The mechanism of the campaign

4.1 This promotion is exclusively for players who have an active account on the Organizer’s platform, marked as a VIP account.

4.2 The promotion consists of awarding a PWB bonus equal to 5% of the net losses incurred during the period set by the Organizer.

4.3 The bonus will be awarded every Friday for net losses incurred over the past 7 days, specifically for the period from Friday at 12:00 a.m. to Thursday at 11:59 p.m.

4.4 Net losses are calculated using the following formula: total real-money wagers – total winnings.

Art. 5 Description and Awarding of bonuses

5.1 PWB bonuses, amounting to 5% of the total net losses incurred during the period set by the Organizer, will be awarded every Friday, but no later than 48 hours after the end of the calculation period.

5.2 The maximum amount of the PWB bonus that can be awarded per player is 50,000 lei.

5.3 If a player is unable to receive the bonus (e.g., due to a suspended gaming account, self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not award the bonus but will cancel it.

5.4 To be eligible for the bonus, all players must have an account marked with the VIP badge.

5.5 Once awarded, the bonus will be available in the “My Account” → “Bonuses” section.

Art. 6 Terms and Conditions for Using "PWB Bonus Casino"

6.1 To start meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus must be activated within 24 hours of being awarded.

6.2 When wagering, the real balance is used first, followed by the bonus balance.

6.3 If the available funds in the real balance do not fully cover a bet, the difference will be deducted from the bonus balance. Any winnings will be distributed proportionally based on the amounts used to place the bet.

6.4 To convert the bonus balance into real balance, the bonus must be wagered x15 within 72 hours of activation. Otherwise, any winnings generated from the bonus will be canceled.

6.5 The maximum stake considered for wagering purposes is 50 lei, any stake exceeding this amount will not contribute towards wagering requirements.

6.6 Bets placed in the "Live Casino", "Quick Games" sections, all games from the Skywind provider, certain games in the Casino section (according to the full list available HERE), as well as game rounds not completed until the rollover is completed, will not contribute to loading the progress bar.

6.7 The maximum amount that can be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after completing the wagering requirements is 1x the initial bonus amount. Any winnings exceeding this limit will be canceled upon completion.

6.8 After completing the wagering requirements, the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.

6.9 In exceptional cases where the bonus is not automatically transferred to the bonus balance, you must contact us at [email protected] or via Live Chat before using the deposited amount, partially or fully. Otherwise, the bonus cannot be awarded again.

6.10 If the bonus balance reaches 0.10 lei, the bonus will be canceled.

6.11 Funds from the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are completed. If a withdrawal is requested before fulfilling the bonus wagering conditions, the bonus balance will be canceled.

6.12 If another bonus is activated, the active bonus will be canceled, and only the value of the newly accepted bonus will remain in the bonus balance.

6.13 If the bonus is canceled or expired, the bonus balance will be voided.

6.14 Using the bonus with the intention of facilitating wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings obtained from it.

6.15 During campaigns or tournaments held on the Organizer’s platform, using any type of bonus will not contribute to point accumulation.

Art. 7 Other clauses

7.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players participating in this campaign who create multiple accounts, are self-excluded, or have been blocked, by closing such accounts. If such accounts are identified, the Organizer will cancel the bonus and FavCoins without prior notice.

7.2 Employees of the Favbet Online Company, collaborators, collaborators' employees, such as their spouses, first-degree relatives, are not entitled to participate in this Campaign.

7.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for a player, a group or all players, without explanation or prior notice, if it is used in a manner that contravenes the Organizer's Rules.

7.4 The Campaign complies with Favbet's Regulations and Terms and Conditions.

7.5 Players participating in this campaign may also participate in other promotions/campaigns/bonuses available on the Organizer's platform.

Art. 8 Informing participants

8.1 The Campaign Regulations are available on the Favbet.ro Organizer Platform.

8.2 Participation in this Campaign implies the obligation to comply with all the provisions of this Regulation.

Art. 9 Final provisions

9.1 Participation in this Campaign represents the player's full agreement to comply with these Regulations.

9.2 Participation in the Campaign is prohibited for persons under the age of 18.

9.3 These Regulations may be modified and/or updated during the Campaign period or at any other time without prior notice to the players. They have the obligation to check the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.

9.4 If a player is found to have violated the Rules, he/she will be excluded from the Campaign.

9.5 The organizer assumes no liability in the following cases (without being limited to):

• - postponement of the Campaign and errors that occur during it;
• - connection errors or other technical problems (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet and Internet) of the players;
• - for receiving contact details and/or other incomplete and/or incorrect information, which is necessary for the Campaign.
