Art. 1. Campaign Organizer
1.1 The Organizer FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Court under number J40/14188/2015 of 18.11.2015, CUI 35246629, License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.
1.2 The Campaign is carried out in accordance with these Regulations. Participants in the Promotional Campaign must be aware of and comply with the clauses of these Regulations.
Art.2 Campaign Venue
2.1 The Campaign is conducted exclusively on the Favbet.ro Organizer Platform.
Art. 3. Campaign Period
3.1 The Campaign Period is from 30.04.2026 to 31.12.2026 at 23:59.
Art. 4. Campaign Mechanism
4.1 The Campaign is addressed exclusively to players who have an active account on the Organizer's platform, have completed the game account verification procedure and may only be available to a limited group of players selected according to internal criteria.
4.2 The "Wheel of Fortune" is a completely random mechanism that offers participants the chance to obtain benefits in the form of bonuses or FavCoins as a result of participation.
4.3 The “Wheel of Fortune” consists of 8 (eight) distinct sectors with set benefits: 3 (three) sectors with Free Spins bonuses, 2 (two) sectors with PWB bonuses, 3 (three) sectors with FavCoins.
4.4 Each participant can spin the wheel only once every 24 hours from the last spin. For example, if the first spin took place on Monday at 16:00, the next spin can be performed on Tuesday at 16:00.
Art. 5 Description and award of benefits
5.1 Benefits will be awarded immediately after the "Wheel of Fortune" has been spun. It can randomly award one of the 8 benefits available on its sectors, as follows:

- 75% PWB Bonus
- 50 Free Spins
- 100 Free Spins
- 150 Free Spins
- 30 FavCoin
- 40 FavCoin
- 50 FavCoin
5.2 In the event that a player is unable to receive the bonus (example: as a result of the game account being blocked, as a result of self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not award the bonus, but will cancel it.
5.3 In order to receive the bonuses, all players must have completed the account verification stage (KYC). If this stage is not completed in full, the Organizer will not award the bonuses, but will cancel them.
5.4 After awarding, the bonus will be found in the "My Account" → "Bonuses" section.
Art. 6 Activation and use of benefits
6.1 PWB or Free Spins bonus benefits can be activated by depositing. After obtaining the bonuses, they will be found in the dedicated BONUSES section and can be used according to the specific terms and conditions of each bonus.
6.2 FavCoin benefits represent virtual units that can be used to purchase offers available in the Favzone section.
Art. 7 Other clauses
7.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players participating in this campaign by creating multiple, self-excluded or blocked accounts by closing them. If such accounts are identified, the Organizer will cancel the bonus and FavCoins, without prior notice.
7.2 Employees of the Favbet Online Company, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses, first-degree relatives, are not entitled to participate in this Campaign.
7.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for a player, a group or for all players, without prior explanation or notification, if it is used in a manner that contravenes the Organizer's Rules.
7.4 The Campaign complies with the Favbet Regulations and Terms and Conditions.
7.5 Players participating in this Campaign may also participate in other promotions / campaigns / bonuses available on the Organizer's platform.
7.6 The Campaign is limited to one use per account / address / IP, etc.
Art. 8 Informing participants
8.1 The Campaign Regulations are available on the Favbet.ro Organizer Platform.
8.2 Participation in this Campaign implies the obligation to comply with all the provisions of these Regulations.

Art. 9 Final Provisions
9.1 Participation in this Campaign represents the player's full agreement to comply with these Regulations.
9.2 Participation in the Campaign is prohibited for persons under the age of 18.
9.3 These Regulations may be modified and/or updated during the Campaign or at any other time without prior notice to the players. They are obliged to check the Campaign Terms and Conditions.
9.4 If a player is found to have violated the Regulations, he/she will be excluded from the Campaign.
9.5 The Organizer assumes no liability in the following cases (without limitation):
- postponement of the Campaign and errors that occur during it;
- connection errors or other technical problems (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet and Internet) of the players;
- for receiving incomplete and/or incorrect contact details and/or other information that is necessary for the Campaign.
