Art. 1. Campaign Organizer
The organizer of the campaign is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Registry Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under number J2015014188408, number 35246629, License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.
1.2 The campaign is conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Participants in the promotional campaign must be aware of and comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Art.2 Place of the Campaign
2.1 The campaign is conducted exclusively on the Favbet.ro Organizer Platform.
Art. 3. Period of the Campaign
3.1 The period of the Campaign is from 30.04.2026 until 31.12.2026, 23:59.
Art. 4. The mechanism of the campaign
4.1 The campaign is intended exclusively for players who have an active account on the Organizer’s platform and have completed the gaming account verification process; it may be available only to a select group of players chosen according to internal criteria.
4.2 The “Wheel of Fortune” is a completely random mechanism that offers participants the chance to receive rewards in the form of bonuses or FavCoins upon participation.
4.3 The “Wheel of Fortune” consists of 8 (eight) distinct sectors with predetermined rewards.
4.4 Each participant may spin the wheel only once every 24 hours from the last spin. For example, if the first spin took place on Monday at 16:00, the next spin may be made on Tuesday at 16:00.
Art. 5 Description and Awarding of Benefits
5.1 Benefits will be awarded immediately after the “Wheel of Fortune” has been spun. It may randomly award one of the 8 benefits available on its segments.
5.2 If a player is unable to receive the bonus (e.g., due to a blocked gaming account, self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not grant the bonus but will cancel it.
5.3 To claim the bonuses, all players must have completed the account verification (KYC) process. If this process is not fully completed, the Organizer will not grant the bonuses but will cancel them.
5.4 Once granted, the bonus will be available in the “My Account” → “Bonuses” section.
Art. 6 Activation and Use of Benefits
6.1 PWB bonuses or Free Spins can be activated by making a deposit. Once the bonuses have been obtained, they will appear in the BONUSES section and can be used in accordance with the terms and conditions specific to each bonus.
6.2 FavCoin benefits are virtual units that can be used to purchase offers available in the Favzone section.
Art. 7 Other clauses
7.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players participating in this campaign who create multiple accounts, are self-excluded, or have been blocked, by closing such accounts. If such accounts are identified, the Organizer will cancel the bonus and FavCoins without prior notice.
7.2 Employees of the Favbet Online Company, collaborators, collaborators' employees, such as their spouses, first-degree relatives, are not entitled to participate in this Campaign.
7.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for a player, a group or all players, without explanation or prior notice, if it is used in a manner that contravenes the Organizer's Rules.
7.4 The Campaign complies with Favbet's Regulations and Terms and Conditions.
7.5 Players participating in this campaign may also participate in other promotions/campaigns/bonuses available on the Organizer's platform.
7.6 The campaign is limited to one use per account / address / IP etc.
Art. 8 Informing participants
8.1 The Campaign Regulations are available on the Favbet.ro Organizer Platform.
8.2 Participation in this Campaign implies the obligation to comply with all the provisions of this Regulation.

Art. 9 Final provisions
9.1 Participation in this Campaign represents the player's full agreement to comply with these Regulations.
9.2 Participation in the Campaign is prohibited for persons under the age of 18.
9.3 These Regulations may be modified and/or updated during the Campaign period or at any other time without prior notice to the players. They have the obligation to check the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.
9.4 If a player is found to have violated the Rules, he/she will be excluded from the Campaign.
9.5 The organizer assumes no liability in the following cases (without being limited to):
- postponement of the Campaign and errors that occur during it;
- connection errors or other technical problems (Desktop, Mobile, Tablet and Internet) of the players;
- for receiving contact details and/or other incomplete and/or incorrect information, which is necessary for the Campaign.
