Summer 2026 Rules

Art. 1 Campaign Organizer

1.1 The Organizer is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a company headquartered in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under number J2015014188408, Tax ID (CUI) 35246629, License series L1200662W0011197, valid from May 1, 2020.

1.2 This activation-style campaign is conducted in accordance with these Rules. Participants must be aware of and comply with the provisions of these Rules.

Art. 2 Campaign Duration and Location

2.1 The campaign runs from July 17, 2026, to July 18, 2026.

2.2 The campaign takes place at the designated beach areas in Constanța (Modern Beach and Playa del Amor) and Eforie Nord (Belona Beach).

2.3 The Organizer reserves the right to conduct the activation campaign simultaneously across all 3 (three) locations or at individual locations.

Art. 3 Campaign Mechanics

3.1 The campaign is exclusively promotional in nature and is intended for interaction with individuals who hold an existing gaming account on the FAVBET platform.

3.2 Participation in the campaign is open to any person who meets the following conditions:

• is at least 18 years of age;
• holds a gaming account on the FAVBET platform;
• is present at the locations mentioned in point 2.2 during the campaign period;
• logs into their FAVBET account in the presence of the Organizer's representative;
• provides their account ID for the purpose of validating participation.

3.3 Participants are not required to present additional documents to confirm their identity.

3.4 Upon validation of eligibility, the participant receives the following from the Organizer:

• a soft drink (water, juice, or non-alcoholic cocktail), subject to availability, and/or FAVBET-branded promotional items (e.g., T-shirts, caps, thermoses, etc.), subject to availability;
• and a surprise reward credited to their account, which may be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of use available within the personal account.

3.5 If the participant is unable to log in to their FAVBET account due to restrictions set on their personal account or for any other reason preventing eligibility validation, they will not be able to benefit from this campaign.

3.6 Benefits awarded under the campaign cannot be transferred to other persons and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or other services, regardless of their nature.

3.7 Each eligible user may participate in the campaign only once during the campaign period.

Art. 4 Information for Participants

4.1 The Campaign Rules are available on the Organizer's platform, Favbet.ro.

4.2 Participation in this Campaign implies an obligation to comply with all provisions of these Rules.

Art. 5 Data Processing

5.1 By participating in the campaign, participants acknowledge that it is necessary for certain personal data (User ID) to be processed by the Organizer under the conditions established by the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

5.2 The purpose of data collection and processing is the administration and conduct of the campaign, as well as the validation and awarding of campaign benefits.

5.3 The personal data protection policy is available in full on the Organizer's website.

Art. 6 Other clauses

6.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players who participate in this campaign by creating multiple accounts, as well as those who are self-excluded or blocked.

6.2 Employees of Favbet Online, its collaborators, and the employees of such collaborators—as well as their spouses and first-degree relatives—are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

6.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign without explanation or prior notice.

6.4 The Campaign is subject to Favbet’s Terms and Conditions.

6.5 The Campaign may be combined with other campaigns available on the Organizer's platform, provided that the rules regarding the use of bonuses obtained through participation are observed.

Art. 7 Final Provisions

7.1 Participation in this Campaign constitutes the player's full agreement to abide by these Rules.

7.2 Participation in the Campaign by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.

7.3 These Rules may be modified and/or updated during the Campaign period or at any other time without prior notice to players. It is the players' responsibility to check the Campaign's terms and conditions.

7.4 If a player is found to have violated the Rules, they will be excluded from the Campaign.

7.5 The Organizer assumes no liability in the following cases (including, but not limited to):

• postponement of the Campaign and errors occurring during it.
• connection errors or other technical issues (desktop, mobile, tablet, and internet) experienced by players.
• receipt of incomplete and/or incorrect contact details and/or other information required for the Campaign.
