Art. 1 Campaign Organizer

1.1 The Organizer is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under number J2015014188408, Tax Identification Number (CUI) 35246629, holding License series L1200662W0011197, valid from May 1, 2020.

1.2 The local tournament campaign is conducted in accordance with these Regulations. Participants in the local tournament must be aware of and comply with the provisions of these Regulations.

Art. 2 Campaign Venue

2.1 The campaign takes place exclusively on the Organizer's platform, Favbet.ro.

Art. 3 Campaign Duration

3.1 The campaign runs from July 15, 2026, to August 11, 2026, at 23:59.

Art. 4 Campaign Mechanics

4.1 The campaign is addressed exclusively to players who hold an active account on the Organizer's platform and have completed the gaming account verification procedure.

4.2 Within this campaign, accumulated points will hereinafter be referred to as "goals," participating providers will be referred to as "teams," and the multiplier associated with each provider will be referred to as the "multiplier rate."

4.3 To participate, registration is required by pressing the "PARTICIPATE" button available on the campaign page.

4.4 The campaign mechanism consists of accumulating goals and securing a position in the final leaderboard.

4.5 Goals will be accumulated based on the total value of validated bets placed using the real balance and the multiplier rate associated with each participating team.

4.6 To accumulate goals, participants must place bets on games from one or more participating teams.

4.7 Accumulated goals will be displayed on the leaderboard, hereinafter referred to as the "Results" table.

4.8 After registration, each participant will be able to view their account ID, ranking position, and number of accumulated goals in the "Results" table. This table will be available on the dedicated campaign page and will be updated every 10 minutes.

4.9 The number of accumulated goals will determine the position in the final ranking, based on which the corresponding bonuses will be awarded. Each ranking position corresponds to a specific type of bonus with a predetermined maximum value.

4.10 Accumulated goals are individual and cannot be combined with the points of other participants, nor transferred to other participants.

4.11 In the event of a connection loss or technical issue, bets (spins) that are not validated will not be taken into account for the accumulation of goals.

4.12 In the event that multiple participants achieve the same number of goals, the higher ranking position will be held by the participant who reached that score first.

Art. 5 Participation terms and conditions

5.1 All bets placed using the real balance are eligible, and goals will be calculated according to the formula: total bets placed using the real balance / 100 × the multiplier associated with the team.

For example, if a participant chooses to place bets on the game Mystic Fortune Deluxe from the Habanero team (provider), the score will be calculated as follows: total bets placed using the real balance / 100 × 3.55 (Habanero multiplier).

5.2 The multiplier varies depending on each participating team, as shown in the table below:

5.3 The list of partner providers is for informational purposes only and may be modified by the Organizer at any time, including by adding new partner providers or removing existing ones due to operational or technical reasons, or force majeure.

5.4 Bets placed in the "Live Casino" and "Instant Games" sections, as well as bets made on games from the provider "Spinoro," will not contribute towards the accumulation of points.

Art. 6 Description and awarding of Bonuses

6.1 By participating in this campaign and accumulating goals in accordance with the participation terms and conditions mentioned above, PWB-type bonuses and Free Spins will be awarded based on the ranking achieved in the final leaderboard.

6.2 The goals accumulated throughout the campaign will determine the value of the bonus to be awarded.

6.3 Each position on the final leaderboard corresponds to a maximum bonus value that can be awarded. Regardless of the number of goals accumulated, the value of the awarded bonus will not exceed the displayed amount.

6.5 Bonuses will be awarded within a maximum of 48 hours after the campaign ends, based on each participant's position in the final ranking.

6.6 The value of a PWB bonus shall not exceed 50,000 RON. If the prize won exceeds this amount, the PWB bonus will be awarded in multiple installments until the full amount has been paid.

6.7 If not all available places in the final ranking are filled by the end of the campaign, the Organizer will not award the bonuses but will cancel them.

6.8 In the event that a player cannot receive the bonus (e.g., due to the gaming account being blocked, self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not award the bonus but will cancel it.

6.9 To claim the bonuses, all players must have completed the account verification (KYC) stage. If this stage is not fully completed, the Organizer will not award the bonuses but will cancel them.

6.10 Once awarded, the bonus will appear in the "My Account" → "Bonuses" section.

Art. 7 Terms and conditions for using the "Casino Bonus"

7.1 To begin meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus must be activated within a maximum of 24 hours of being awarded.

7.2 When meeting wagering requirements, funds from the real balance are used first, followed by funds from the bonus balance.

7.3 In the event that the available funds in the real balance do not fully cover the stake of a bet, the difference will be covered by the bonus balance. In the event of a win, the winnings will be distributed proportionally to the amounts used to place the bet.

7.4 For the bonus balance to be transferred to the real balance, a 10x wagering requirement must be met within 72 hours of activation. Otherwise, winnings generated from using the bonus will be cancelled.

7.5 The maximum stake taken into account when calculating wagering progress is 50 RON; any stake exceeding this amount will not be considered.

7.6 Bets placed in the "Live Casino" and "Quick Games" sections, all games from the provider Skywind, certain games in the Casino section (according to the full list available HERE), as well as game rounds not completed by the time wagering is finished, will not contribute to filling the progress bar.

7.7 The maximum amount transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after completing wagering is equal to the initial bonus amount (1x). Winnings exceeding this amount will be cancelled upon completion of wagering.

7.8 Upon completion of wagering, funds from the bonus balance will be transferred to the real balance.

7.9 In the exceptional event that the bonus is not automatically credited to the bonus balance, you must contact us via email at [email protected] or via Live Chat before using any part or all of the deposited amount. Otherwise, the bonus cannot be re-issued.

7.10 If the bonus balance drops to 0.10 RON, the bonus will be cancelled.

7.11 Funds in the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements are met. If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled, the funds in the bonus balance will be forfeited.

7.12 If another bonus is activated, the currently active bonus will be cancelled, and the bonus balance will reflect only the value of the newly accepted bonus.

7.13 If the bonus has been cancelled or has expired, the bonus balance will be forfeited.

7.14 Using the bonus to facilitate the fulfillment of wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7.15 During campaigns or tournaments held on the Organizer's platform, the use of any type of bonus will not contribute towards the accumulation of points.

Art. 8 Terms and conditions for the use of “Free Spins”

8.1 Free Spins must be activated and used within 24 hours of being awarded.

8.2 They are valid exclusively for the game for which they were awarded, with a fixed value of 1 RON per spin, established at the time of awarding and not subject to subsequent modification.

8.3 To transfer any winnings from the bonus balance to the real balance, a 40x wagering requirement must be met within 48 hours of activation. Otherwise, winnings generated from using the bonus will be forfeited.

8.4 When meeting wagering requirements, funds from the real balance are used first, followed by funds from the bonus balance.

8.5 The minimum stake considered for wagering purposes is 0.10 RON, and the maximum is 5 RON.

8.6 The maximum amount transferable from the bonus balance to the real balance upon completion of wagering is equal to the value of the winnings obtained from using the Free Spins (1x multiplier). Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited upon completion of wagering.

8.7 Bets placed in the "Live Casino" and "Quick Games" sections, all games from the provider Skywind, certain games in the Casino section (according to the full list available HERE), as well as game rounds not completed by the time the wagering requirement is met, will not contribute to the progress bar.

8.8 Upon completion of the wagering requirement, funds from the bonus balance will be transferred to the real money balance.

8.10 If the bonus balance reaches a value of 0.10 RON, the bonus will be cancelled.

8.14 Using the bonus to facilitate meeting wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings obtained from it.

Art. 9 Other clauses

9.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players who participate in this campaign by creating multiple accounts, or who are self-excluded or blocked, by closing said accounts. If such accounts are identified, the Organizer will void accumulated points and cancel the awarding of the bonus without prior notice.

9.2 Employees of Favbet Online, its collaborators, and employees of said collaborators, as well as their spouses and first-degree relatives, are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.

9.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for a specific player, a group of players, or all players—without explanation or prior notice—if the Campaign is used in a manner that contravenes the Organizer's rules.

9.4 The Campaign complies with Favbet’s regulations and Terms and Conditions.

9.5 The Campaign may be combined with other campaigns available on the Organizer's platform, provided that the rules regarding the use of bonuses obtained through participation are observed.

9.6 The Campaign is limited to a single use per account, address, IP address, etc.

10.1 The Campaign Rules are available on the organizer's platform, Favbet.ro.

10.2 Participation in this Campaign implies an obligation to comply with all provisions of these Rules.

Art. 11 Final Provisions

11.1 Participation in this Campaign constitutes the player's full agreement to abide by these Rules.

11.2 Participation in the Campaign by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.

11.3 These Rules may be modified and/or updated during the Campaign period or at any other time without prior notice to players. It is the players' responsibility to check the Campaign terms and conditions.

11.4 If it is determined that a player has violated the Rules, he/she will be excluded from the Campaign.

11.5 The Organizer assumes no liability in the following cases (including, but not limited to):

• postponement of the Campaign and errors occurring during it.
• connection errors or other technical issues (desktop, mobile, tablet, and internet) experienced by players.
• receipt of incomplete and/or incorrect contact details and/or other information required for the Campaign.
