2. 1.1 The organizer is FAVBET ONLINE S.R.L., a commercial company headquartered in Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register Office attached to the Bucharest Tribunal under number J2015014188408, CUI 35246629, and License series: L1200662W0011197, valid from 01.05.2020.
3. 1.2 The Campaign is carried out in accordance with these Regulations. Participants in the promotional Campaign must know and comply with the clauses of these Regulations.
4. Art.2 Place of the Campaign
5. 2.1 The Campaign is carried out exclusively on the Favbet.ro Organizer Platform.
6. Art. 3 Campaign Period
7. 3.1 The campaign period runs from 02.03.2026 until 08.03.2026, 23:59.
Art. 4 Campaign Mechanism
8. 4.1 The campaign is exclusively addressed to players who have an active account on the Organizer's platform and have completed the game account verification procedure.
9. 4.2 To participate, it is necessary to register by pressing the “Participate” button, available on the promotion page.
10. 4.3 The Tournament campaign mechanism consists of accumulating points and taking a place in the ranking.
11. 4.4 To accumulate points within this local tournament, after registration, players must place bets on one of the games participating in the tournament.
12. 4.5 Only bets placed during the promotional period (02.03.2026 – 08.03.2026) by players registered in the tournament will be considered.
13. 4.6 The “Results” table will indicate, after registration, Each player's ID, position in the ranking and the number of points accumulated. This will be available on the tournament page and will be updated every 10 minutes.
14. 4.7 The points accumulated are individual and cannot be combined with the points of other participants, nor transferred to other participants.
15. 4.8 In the event of a loss of connection or a technical problem, all bets (spins) are considered invalid and will not be included in the tournament ranking.
16. 4.9 In the event that several players obtain the same number of points, the one who obtained the score first will occupy a higher place in the ranking.
17. 4.10 After the tournament ends, the top 10 players in the final leaderboard will receive a bonus, the value of which will be determined by the total number of points accumulated, without exceeding the maximum value corresponding to their leaderboard position.
18. Art. 5 Terms and Conditions of Participation
19. 5.1 For every 50 lei wagered, 1 point will be accumulated, with no restrictions on the minimum or maximum stake amount.
20. 5.2 To accumulate points in this tournament, all participants must register by clicking the “Participate” button and place bets (spins) exclusively on the games provided by Relax, listed in the “Participating Games” section on the tournament’s promotional page.

23. Art. 6 Description and granting of Bonuses
24. 6.1 By participating in this tournament and accumulating points in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined above, players will receive PWB bonuses based on their final ranking position and the total points accumulated.
25. 6.2 The points accumulated throughout the tournament will determine the value of the bonus that will be awarded.
26. 6.3 Each position in the final ranking corresponds to a maximum value of the Bonus that can be awarded. Regardless of the number of points accumulated, the awarded bonus will not exceed the displayed value.

29. 6.5 Bonuses will be awarded within a maximum of 48 hours of the end of the tournament, depending on the position occupied by each participant in the final ranking.
30. 6.6 If at the end of the campaign not all available places in the final ranking have been filled, the Organizer will not award the bonuses, but will cancel them.
31. 6.7 If a player cannot receive the bonus (example: as a result of the game account being blocked, as a result of self-exclusion, etc.), the Organizer will not award the bonus, but will cancel it.
32. 6.8 In order to receive the bonuses, all players must have completed the account verification stage (KYC). If this stage is not completed in full, the Organizer will not grant the bonuses, but will cancel them.
33. 6.9 After granting, the bonus will be found in the "My Account" → "Bonuses" section.
34. Art. 7 Terms and Conditions of Use "Bonus Casino"
35. 7.1 In order to start fulfilling the wagering requirements, the bonus must be activated within a maximum of 24 hours from the granting.
36. 7.2 When rolling over, the amount from the real balance is used initially, and then from the bonus balance.
37. 7.3 In the event that the funds available from the real balance do not fully cover the stake of a bet, then the difference will be filled from the bonus balance. In case of a win, the amount won will be distributed proportionally to the amounts used to place the bet.
38. 7.4 In order for the bonus balance to be transferred to the real balance, the bonus must be wagered x10 within a maximum of 72 hours from activation. Otherwise, the winnings generated from using the bonus will be canceled.
39. 7.5 The maximum stake taken into account when calculating the wagering is 50 lei, any stake above this amount will not be taken into account.
40. 7.6 Bets placed in the "Sport", "Live", "Loto", "Live Casino", "Virtual Sports" sections, all games from the Skywind provider as well as certain games from the Casino section according to the complete list available AICI will not contribute to loading the progress bar;
41. 7.7 The maximum amount that will be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after the rollover is completed is a maximum of x1 the bonus amount initially granted. Winnings obtained in excess of this amount will be cancelled upon completion of the rollover.

45. 7.11 Funds from the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the bonus rollover is completed. If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirements are met, the funds in the bonus balance will be cancelled.
46. 7.12 If another bonus is activated, the active one will be cancelled, and only the value of the newly accepted one will be found in the bonus balance.
47. 7.13 If the bonus has been cancelled or expired, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
48. 7.14 Using the bonus for the purpose of facilitating the fulfillment of the wagering requirements will lead to the cancellation of the bonus and the winnings obtained from it.
49. 7.15 Within the campaigns or tournaments held on the Organizer's platform, the use of any type of bonus will not contribute to the accumulation of points.
50. Art. 8 Terms and Conditions for Using “Free Spins"
51. 8.1 Free Spins can be activated and used within a maximum of 24 hours from the time they are granted.
52. 8.2 They are valid exclusively for the game for which they were awarded, with a fixed value of 1 lei per spin, established at the time of granting and not subject to later modification.
53. 8.3 To transfer any winnings from the bonus balance to the real balance, a 40x wagering requirement must be completed within 48 hours of activation. Otherwise, winnings generated using the bonus will be canceled.
54. 8.4 When completing the wagering requirement, the real balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
55. 8.5 The minimum stake considered for wagering is 0.10 lei, and the maximum is 5 lei.
56. 8.6 The maximum amount that can be transferred from the bonus balance to the real balance after completing the wagering requirement is 1x the winnings obtained from using the Free Spins. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be canceled at the end of the wagering period.

66. Art. 9 Other clauses
67. 9.1 Favbet reserves the right to exclude players participating in this campaign by creating multiple, self-excluded or blocked accounts by closing them. If such accounts are identified, the Organizer will cancel the accumulated points and the prize without prior notice.
68. 9.2 Employees of the Favbet Online Company, collaborators, employees of collaborators, as well as their spouses, first-degree relatives, are not entitled to participate in this Campaign.
69. 9.3 Favbet reserves the right to suspend the Campaign for a player, a group or for all players, without prior explanation or notification, if it is used in a manner that contravenes the Organizer's Rules.
70. 9.4 The Campaign complies with the Favbet Regulations and Terms and Conditions.
71. 9.5 The Campaign can be combined with other campaigns available on the Organizer's platform, provided that the use of bonuses obtained from participation is respected.
